I love the sound of that, we should hold a contest where GTP members compete against each other in driving/flying/shooting events to determine the ranks of a GTP crew. :)

Sounds like a plan.

I actually was serious about setting it up BTW, not just finding a use for the Hunger Games gif

It sounds like there's a lot of music in GTA V.
We have 15 radio stations, two talk radio stations, 240 licensed songs, and somewhere in the proximity of 20 movies worth of score. It's the largest soundtrack that we've done, and the largest score that we've done.

For this game, which is set in our version of modern day Los Angeles, what was important for us was to capture that feeling of L.A. and California. We approached the radio stations as the musical soundscape [you experience] as you fly into L.A. One of the things we've never done in a GTA game before is a pop station; exploring that made so much sense in the context of L.A.

It's possibe but I have a lot of work to do when school starts (Monday) so I don't really know if I could keep that all up.

My school starts in a week. But that's the commissioners job, to be in charge when we're gone.

I'm contemplating gambling on pre-ordering the game because I fear that prices will go up come launch day.
I've looked on Amazon UK at both standard and Collector's Editions and it's left me stuck in a bit of a rut.

My biggest concern is the price of the Collector's Edition on Amazon as there's no word, but I fear it'll be close to £100. The extra content looks impressive but I don't want to end up paying through the nose. If the Collector's Edition is too much, I'll simply go for the standard edition.

But the big question for me remains;

Should I gamble on pre-ordering at the lower price?

The Collector's Edition retails at £120. So you probably won't get it for less than that...

If that's the case, then I'll just go for the standard edition. I'm just wondering whether I should pre-order it in case prices go up come launch day.

If you actually want to play it come launch day, you should preorder it. I remember GTA:IV selling out at launch.

Ahh, yes! Wavves hosting one of the radio stations!? That's going to be on constant loop in my game!

I just noticed, for our online gangs, where do the 'Strayans fit in? Are they gonna make GTAVGTPAUZ or join one of the others?

I would love to be a part of GTAVGTPUS! Can anyone say Top Gear style challenges?! Can't wait to make some rally stages, rally cross, huge organized car chases, etc.

I would be willing to take part in rally stages and multiplayer races. If the offroad physics are like GTA IV or even DiRT 2, you can count me out then. But until then, I'm excited!!!

i kept mentioning about having a gtp crew on other threads but no one seems to bother/want it. we can have a system where by we GTPers will be able to recognise each other by having a GTP sticker somewhere prominent on their car with their user as their car plate.
So if you see other GTP member u can communicate with them, cruise or race them if u see them driving a fanciful looking car

I think we will worry about that when GTA V gets here.

i think we should start forming a group(like the lost biker gang) so when the game comes out we can start cruising and exploring the vast map gta 5 claims the map to be together

I think most of us just want to explore and do our own thing first in single player and then hop online. Of course I can't speak for everyone but from what I'm gathering that's how most of the guys in this thread feel.

Regardless of how we feel, that's how rockstar has it set up anyways haha. We have 2 weeks of single player learn the map. I'll be scouting that whole time for race spots

So what are people expecting from the trailer? Rockstar confirmed it will be a T.V. advert so I can't imagine it being more than 30 seconds long.

Maybe. They could just have it about a minute long for online and 20 secs for TV.

I think this will be a possibility. Even 20 seconds is not much, but it can surely reveal a lot 👍.

Fingers crossed for more gameplay to be shown...
