I love the sound of that, we should hold a contest where GTP members compete against each other in driving/flying/shooting events to determine the ranks of a GTP crew.![]()
wickenit sounds like there's a lot of music in gta v.
We have 15 radio stations, two talk radio stations, 240 licensed songs, and somewhere in the proximity of 20 movies worth of score. It's the largest soundtrack that we've done, and the largest score that we've done.
For this game, which is set in our version of modern day los angeles, what was important for us was to capture that feeling of l.a. And california. We approached the radio stations as the musical soundscape [you experience] as you fly into l.a. One of the things we've never done in a gta game before is a pop station; exploring that made so much sense in the context of l.a.

I actually was serious about setting it up BTW, not just finding a use for the Hunger Games gif![]()
Yeah me too, would be pretty sick IMO.
You run EU, I run US & we can organize meetups and play-dates![]()
It's possibe but I have a lot of work to do when school starts (Monday) so I don't really know if I could keep that all up.
The Collector's Edition retails at £120. So you probably won't get it for less than that...
If you guys go through with this, I'm up for joining in the groups. (I'd be US obviously) 👍You run EU, I run US & we can organize meetups and play-dates![]()
If that's the case, then I'll just go for the standard edition. I'm just wondering whether I should pre-order it in case prices go up come launch day.
Ahh, yes! Wavves hosting one of the radio stations!? That's going to be on constant loop in my game!It sounds like there's a lot of music in GTA V.

I would love to be a part of GTAVGTPUS! Can anyone say Top Gear style challenges?! Can't wait to make some rally stages, rally cross, huge organized car chases, etc.
I think we will worry about that when GTA V gets here.
Yeah, I'm in. I will send you a PM with some idea's later on today. My school starts in a week. But that's the commissioners job, to be in charge when we're gone.
SlashfanI think most of us just want to explore and do our own thing first in single player and then hop online. Of course I can't speak for everyone but from what I'm gathering that's how most of the guys in this thread feel.
So what are people expecting from the trailer? Rockstar confirmed it will be a T.V. advert so I can't imagine it being more than 30 seconds long.
Maybe. They could just have it about a minute long for online and 20 secs for TV.
