Hello, I see the physics recently have changed. A lot, maybe. And that's exactly what I could be waiting for. I actually came to this forum to ask if somehow... Gran Turismo 7 has tried to tempt us to buy a new racing wheel? Because I have had a G29 for pretty long now, maybe ten years already? Not sure. However when I tried out GT7 I had a really hard time controlling the cars.
So much so, that I started to wonder if Polyphony did it deliberately.
The thing I enjoyed most in previous Gran Turismo's was just taking any car around the Nurburgring.
However, I seem to have been unable to. Just as difficult with low powered cars as high powered cars.
Just to describe how impossible the physics felt, I had a really hard time controlling cars even through corners as Kesselchen.
The cars just seem to float extremely from the left part to the right part of the track without any... It's not firm on the ground anymore. The cars feel like they float over the tarmac.
So my question is, could this be a problem specific to the G29 steering wheel?
