Well one thing is for sure. I think we can trash the Feb 2 date Gamestop was giving. That is less than 2 weeks away. Sony would have said something by now if it was true.

Truthfully, I'm completely absorbed by MGS3 right now. I haven't beaten it yet, so playing it a little bit each day helps the wait for GT4 a little easier.

Why should the US get the game before anyone else? It is only one country out of the 250 or so in the world.

Besides its only a game, there are more important things in life.......

If you would have read back a page or two you would have seen that I was pissed that we didn't get prologue or most of the demos. I never said anything about the japan release. Please don't try to flame me for saying something I didn't.

i have a gamepro abo, but infos in print media are always 1 - 2 months too old. the actual gamepro still announces GT4 for the 23/02/05

I'm hearing all kinds of release dates. If you average them all together, then it comes out to about late Feb. early Mar. Gamestop had changed their est. release from Feb. 28 back to Feb. 1..... It's still real hard to tell.Shouldn't they have done the English formatting when they were doing the licensing for the cars?...

My buddy who owns a video store just recieved a pre-book update listing from his distributor.


The date his distributor holds (ingram entertainment) for GT4 is now March 15th.

It already is a sick and twisted joke. It's been delayed for over a year. Everyone who was looking forward to it before their birthday has had a big disappointment. I just feel bad for the people who had 2 birthdays with no GT4, instead of just one missed birhtday.

I'm just as annoyed by the delays as anyone else here, but after two years, what difference does a few more months make? I would much rather wait and have a game that is complete and not bugged (ala GT2) then get it a few months earlier.

I'm MEGA pissed about the delay but it would seriously be all good if sony released an official document saying why the game was delayed.

I would NEVER boycott GT4. I've waited too long for this moment of release. I'm not taking shots at anyone, but whoever did say they would boycott the game, is pretty stupid in my opinion.

My biggest thing is that I'm heavily involved with mototrsports, along with many people who play and enjoy the game. Even with it coming out in March means we won't really be able to enjoy it until the end of the year because we're all too busy during the spring and summer. Just kind of a shame that the people in Japan are to blind to realize that fact about Europe and North America.

Just my 2 cents, I'll have fun with it in November I guess, but I'm still going to play the hell out of it
