im kinda sad that this game doesn't have Nismo 370Z. Can it be recreated with base one?

The 350 and 370 do have the Nismo kits, I believe. Pretty sure there's the 380RS kit, at least.

I know one thing my one:1 is good for 30 lap races. I did one last night took less than a minute each lap total time was 29 minutes.

Some cars get body kits, some cars dont. The ones that don't will get the generic front splitter and rear spoiler.

Time of day can not be selected by the hour, but more so of just selecting a certain period of the day like Dawn, Sunrise, sunset, and so on.

Yes to all 4. Matter of fact, I'm at work now. I just know how to easily rank up.

I set up a 5 lap Blueprint Goliath Circuit event and 'wasted' 50 minutes to an hour just racing. Ended up getting over 450K credits, 460K+ experience points and 920K+ fans. I had over 20 wheelspins waiting for me when all was said and done.
