I think Renault are going to have a major advantage this year: they are Renault. And by that, I mean they are the Renault works team. They run Renault cars, and they also produce the Renault RS27, which reportedly has the best fuel efficiency on the grid. That means that not only can they get away with a smaller fuel tank, but they can also build their entire car around the engine. Ferrari and Mercedes can do that, too, but because of the Renault's reported fuel efficiency, I wouldn't be surprised if they have the lowest centre of gravity and the best lateral stablity of all the teams. After all, they seem to be running an R29 with R30 parts, including a larger fuel tank. If they can get away with a shorter wheelbase than the other cars at the same time, the R30 could be seriously competitive, especially on circuits like Monaco, Hungary, Singapore, Korea and possibly Valencia (where it will be interesting to see Vitaly Petrov because he's won both of the GP2 feature races there, as well as taking third place in the 2009 sprint - it seems to be one of his best circuits).
