You don't even need wings to generate downforce. A simple spoiler will work. Air flowing over the car is only one method. Underbody aero like ground effects are a lot more efficient.

Yeah but that one seems completely flat to the car, no 'lip' on it at all. Anyway no big deal, just looked odd to me. The rest of the car looks good.

Flat he probably meant as no elevation difference between the actual body of the car to the beginning of the spoiler, which there isn't any change..

Its angled, not drastically but there's a small gurney (raised edge) across the wing as well, the side view helps you see the slight tilt

Yes there are several 2013 as well as previous model years that have been modified by some of the worlds best tuners. I have actually posted preview pics of some of these 911s attending SEMA 2013.
