1. Ayrton Senna Kart series
Exactly like the first Red Bull X Challenge, but with Ayrton's Kart.

2. Ayrton Senna F3 challenge
Like the Junior challenge, a series using his West Surrey Racing F3 car.

3. Ayrton Senna Formula Challange
A one make race series using the Lotus F1 car.

4. Beat Senna Challenge
Three time trials with the Lotus, trying to beat times that Senna set on three real world tracks.

Without an actual livery editor, not really. Some people might like the idea of base liveries but I thought they were very poor personally. Just changing the colour of the car wouldn't be that good, although if there is a one make series I imagine that is what they'll do.

I really, really, really doubt that his Honda McLaren is done, or even planned to be included. If it was, you can bet it would of been in the trailer instead of the Lotus.

Some would say that simply including a car and a TT is only paying lipservice to the memory of Senna and would qualify as the bare minimum in order to qualify as having Senna content and I'd agree.

Still doesn't make sense for them to tease the Lotus over the McLaren if they are going to add both. If you see a McLaren F1 in Marlboro livery, you think of Senna instantly. A JPS Livery? Mario Andretti more tbh. I still don't see them adding in both cars, or even this update being amazing other than his Lotus. They just have taken all my faith in them with how horrible GT6 is.

are you aware we have already been handed the FT-1, VGT, VGT Race Car, some of the 2013 Nascars and the 2014 Redbull cars/ go karts? why should this be different? This is the update i've been waiting for and probably what other people have been waiting for.

Of course it's entirely possible that we'll see all these cars.

@gtuned I imagine PD will show off the other content later. The Lotus is just the hook that snags people into it.

PD i fell did prioritise the Senna update above the rest so that it could be finished on time, and halted most of the other game updates like that 20+ mile or kilometer spanish track we were supposed to get, in February? i'd rather have the Senna stuff personally and Interlagos

No, I like F1. I actually have F1 2013 and just couldn't for the life of me get into it. I probably shouldn't have said yuck though, it's not like the game is bad.

I thought Sim Raceway has the license for all McLaren F1 cars with the exception of the one in the current F1 season. That's why CM wasn't able to include the MP4/4 (or any other McLaren) in their classic content for F1 2013. If PD wants to have Senna's McLaren in GT6, they'd probably have to pay Sim Raceway an exorbitant sum of money. That's why I think the chance of having the McLaren included at a later date is slim.

I am sure track designers work on tracks and not on cars at PD. Therefore the track designers might have had to work on other tracks to be finished before that 20+ mile track. And this could only mean some Senna-related stuff as nobody is waiting for anything else specific except there were already big events being planned behind the curtain...

I think calling people "ungrateful bastards" crosses the line here, if they are complaining or not. There is no need to resort to name calling.

I'm more interested in what this update will include, a single time trial with the Lotus would keep the mods busy on GTPlanet...

I'm happy with this. I think the video does a better job of honoring Senna and the institute than any in game content could have. That of course doesn't mean I'm not excited for the upcoming content! It looks like it will be in two updates, one on the 12th, and another on the 19th. That's my guess anyways.
