Let people choose, damage or no damage. You can choose before the race. If you want to race with the damage count of car repair. Simple...
I don't know...but I guess you'll have to ask all the other developers, in the same space, that question to find out.As I said it IS amazing, but still what is the purpose of all that if damage is not carried over?
The option to choose between free repair after each race or the need to pay for it? Would be nice.
I think if you chose the paying for damage option you should also be rewarded with a bit more money after the race for taking the risk.

I'm still concerned about the latest damage model however.
The 458 Italia shows a crumpled front end. But with the 458 being carbon fibre and a form of composite fibre for its bumpers, it should shatter and snap, not crumple.
