^^^ :ill:

We're finally having some decent weather here. It's 63 and mostly cloudy. It was a bit warmer up at the U but I couldn't be happier with what we have at my house. We also got .1 inches of rain over the weekend, which we needed badly. But we're also going to need a whole lot more to keep everything over 4' tall alive, but it looks like it's going to get hot and sunny again here in a bit.

It is funny, though, that this rain decided to come on the weekend I was camping in the mountains. :irked:

It's been ridiculous hot here in SoCal the last few five days. Plus, to make matters worse, the humidity is very high. It was 97 in the in the yard, but thanks to the 55% humidity, the temperature was 109. Humidity sucks.

Right now, it's 83 at 8:11PM and the humidity makes it 95. Humidity really sucks.

Ugh, we've been pushing 100-103 degree days here for over a week. Some days are reporting 106+ & the humidity is awful.

Nights are averaging around 90 degrees, but we've had a couple nights right after dusk where the weather was perfect.

It's 🤬 hot. No way around it. 🤬 hot.

Ya I see NOAA put out something called an "excessive heat warning" for parts of Texas and Oklahoma. Temps are supposed to be topping 110 apparently.

Weather is still cool in Michigan, 68 today with some clouds. Supposed to be in the mid 80's tomorrow with thunderstorms because a cold front is moving though :odd:. If it gets any colder you might as well call it winter. This morning when I got up it was 49! In July no less!

Oh God, I want to move there. That sounds great right now.

It still manages to be humid though, even when it's in the 60's which is kind of lame. Although the state is surrounded by water so I guess that has something to do with it .

Why are you guys having all the Seattle weather over there? Every time I come home it still feels like Michigan. You know the weather is really wacky when Michigan is having a more tolerable summer than Seattle...

I don't think it's quite Seattle weather, there is still no rain. They say it's supposed to storm tomorrow but I'll believe it when I see it. We really really need the rain.

Humidity here Joey is 23%. WXYZ weather. That's not very humid. The weather has been great around here. Cool for sleeping and warm but not humid during the day. My wife's cousin came up from Dallas for a month and couldn't believe it.

Hmm that's weird, for whatever reason it's felt really humid out the past few days.

We usually don't get that much rain this time of year. But it's ridiculous this time around. We probably need the rain more. It's rained probably less than a half inch in the last two months. Which is terrible for a place that's accustomed to being practically under water from rain.

Today we barely got to 60 Fahrenheit, normally July is the hottest month. Plus on top of that there was rain which was even colder.

This has not been a good year if you are a farmer, dry and mild. Thankfully I am not a farmer.

That sounds really nice. It was up to 90 around here today. I do not enjoy it when I'm breaking a sweat from just sitting.

It's nice to not have the heat or the aircon on for once.

It's raining for about the 5th day in a row. It's beginning to get really annoying that we never ever have any sunshine anymore. :(

OMG, it was Satan-piss hot today. It reached 101 in the yard. With the very high humidity, 40% today, the humidex made it 117.

The AC was over taxed and couldn't keep the house cool at all. It was 84 in the house!

Maybe you guys stole our weather... I will find the thief that stole my nice Seattle weather. I didn't think anybody wanted it.

You want some of our 80s-90s heat? I'm done with it. Two months is way too much IMO.

I mostly love it when we have 80-90s over here, unless I'm working full days since we don't have air con at the restaurant!

Saturday and Sunday were weird, it was cool-ish and rained off and on all day. At one point yesterday it was sunny and fairly clear and pouring rain. It's going to get hot this week, in the upper 80's and there is a chance of rain every day between now and Saturday.

It's hot. It's really hot. We're in the triple digits. Seattle has never been above 100 before.

Absolutely miserable. I was even sweating in the air conditioned classrooms up at the University. And it doesn't help that we're having stagnation, so visibility is really poor as well.

Yet, Kentucky is two days away from having a July without any temperatures above 90 degrees in recorded history (140 years).

And that is despite that a year or two ago they moved the official weather monitoring stations in Louisville from the rural suburbs to the urban airport where there is a noticeable heat bubble (my car thermometer can read as much as a 10 degree difference on my way into work).

Miserable. I'm not sure which feels worse: inside or outside. Oh well, at least we're breaking records ;).

You're now getting the weather I've was suffering with the past few weeks.

Right now, It's cold in comparison from the past few weeks. It got to 91 with a 30% humidity level, so the humidex made it under a 100 for the first time in a long time. Nice!

It was not as hot as Seattle 103, I live about 20 mile from there in Lynnwood WA. it was about 101 degrees here.:ouch:

ps. hello Olympia that's where my nephew lives, and I use too.:)
