As was already mentioned, that is Bosozoku, not VIP. Bosozoku is an imitation of the silhouette racing cars of years past, but obviously more for style than function. The flares, wings and front air dams are very similar in appearance.

For example, here's an S110 Nissan Silvia silhouette race car.

It looks like its making downforce while its just sitting there haha

I don't even think those cars would be welcomed in Midnight Club. NFS actually has some nice bodykits that are basically RM's. Gold Chrome Ferrari's are an abomination. Gold Chrome Lamborghini Murciolago SV 👍
