Other stuff = pizza with 4 different cheeses and tomato sauce. I love molten cheese. Again, mixture of fruits, seeds, cinnamon almond milk an honey.

Vindaloo chicken and paneer, roasted cauliflower, basmati rice. @Touring Mars did I do it right? Also made a cucumber raita for rescue.

You'll know if you've done it right if your arse is bleeding the next time you visit the loo.

I thought it was going to be much worse than it was. But it actually reminds me of taco sauce. I mean, it's really just chilis and vinegar when you think about it. I didn't add anything crazy though.

It's funny how most Indian food is actually Mexican by nature. Thank goodness for colonial trade routes.

I do that. How's it working for you?
I have no idea because this is the first time. I must say that I had a lot of energy today (it's noon right now over here). A little bit hungry but not that much. I'm only trying out this fasting stuff. So I actually fasted from last evening around 6pm until now; noon.

Going to have lunch; vegetable soup and wok vegetables with cucumber. A littte bit of rucola, some tumeric with black pepper. Leftover spinach with kale and sweet patatos and garlic and saffron.

I have fasted in the past few months but that is not the same because I wasn't hungry and couldn't eat, ... you know, depression and adverse affect (or is it effect; still don't know which to use) of the benzos (Lorazepam) and the withdrawal symptoms. :D

Well, aside from medical reasons I've taken to fasting a few weekends a month. I don't need to lose weight but I feel like it boosts my productivity and helps clear my system out a bit.

Sun River Brewing.
7% ABV
Sweet peach on the nose and on the palate. Very odd for an IPA.
Had it. Won't have it again. 5 outta 10

I had something earlier that me and mom made called "pizza rolls". What they are is 3 pieces of pepperoni and a small cheese sticks wrapped into a crescent roll. It's good, cheap, easy to make and it doesn't take too much time either. I highly recommend it! I am also drinking water from a Ozart trail cup. Everything you'd expect from a Yeti without the cost. 👍

How unexpected.
Not the same plate, dude. It was a new one.

And it was... 👍

This is one of the good things of living in a country by the sea - one can find nice, fresh fish with relative ease.

I know what you mean. When it's salmon season where I live, the fish is really good.

Šaltibarščiai (cold beet soup) with potatoes, cepelinai (meat-filled potato dumplings) and and jug of non-alcoholic gira (kvass):
