Here's an easy addition to the grill, with minimal time. Microwave Potatoes & Sweet potatoes ahead of time to cook them. Throw them on the grill with the chicken. They take less time and the grill taste is much better than just microwaved.Along with the chicken we had Stove Top (made on the side burner) and Bush's Baked Beans (warmed in the microwave (no one's perfect)) and ate on the deck. Great evening!
Bonus: My wife has expressed interest in grilling (finally!) so I ran her through how to use it.

As for my meals today, I had my Oatmeal, and a bowl of Kellogs Special K Red Berries. Mid morning (9am) was a Chicken Breast, a cup of Broccoli, and a Cup of Brown Rice. For lunch I have another round of Chicken Breast, Broccoli and Brown Rice. Mid afternoon will be just Chicken Breast and Broccoli (3pm). Late afternoon will be a Cup of Cottage cheese, and a glass of V8 juice. Maybe some yogurt (before the workout). Post workout, a 1/2 breast of Chicken, some more cottage cheese, some tuna and a Protein Shake. Late evening snack is just cottage cheese. I've already downed 2 liters of water this morning.
Yes, I eat alot.
Between the amount of eggs and the Chicken Breast that I eat , most of the Chickens in my area fear me.I imagine the chickens in your area don't have much of a chest to 'em.
Ah ha, But I was up at 4:30 this morning, to prepare. In addition, I cooked all the chicken breast on Saturday.Kudo's to you. I feel like a turd in a punch bowl right now.....
