Just finished a lemon poppy seed muffin top and am now washing it down with a quad white chocolate americano.

Yummmm..... breakfast of champions, and I feel like crap. I missed my oatmeal, steak patty, and eggs this morning.....

TB
Along with the chicken we had Stove Top (made on the side burner) and Bush's Baked Beans (warmed in the microwave (no one's perfect :indiff:)) and ate on the deck. Great evening!

Bonus: My wife has expressed interest in grilling (finally!) so I ran her through how to use it.
Here's an easy addition to the grill, with minimal time. Microwave Potatoes & Sweet potatoes ahead of time to cook them. Throw them on the grill with the chicken. They take less time and the grill taste is much better than just microwaved.

As for my meals today, I had my Oatmeal, and a bowl of Kellogs Special K Red Berries. Mid morning (9am) was a Chicken Breast, a cup of Broccoli, and a Cup of Brown Rice. For lunch I have another round of Chicken Breast, Broccoli and Brown Rice. Mid afternoon will be just Chicken Breast and Broccoli (3pm). Late afternoon will be a Cup of Cottage cheese, and a glass of V8 juice. Maybe some yogurt (before the workout). Post workout, a 1/2 breast of Chicken, some more cottage cheese, some tuna and a Protein Shake. Late evening snack is just cottage cheese. I've already downed 2 liters of water this morning.

Yes, I eat alot.

Kudo's to you. I feel like a turd in a punch bowl right now.....

I imagine the chickens in your area don't have much of a chest to 'em.
Between the amount of eggs and the Chicken Breast that I eat , most of the Chickens in my area fear me.

Ah ha, But I was up at 4:30 this morning, to prepare. In addition, I cooked all the chicken breast on Saturday.

I'm looking for that 6-pack and as they say, Muscles are made in the Gym, Abs are made in the Kitchen.

I hear ya. The kitchen is where I am lacking the most and need to get serious here. It will take an entire life change for me. I've always told people in the gym that are frustated not loosing weight/fat like they want that working out is only 40% of it, 60% is what you eat (and don't eat).

I'm the Majority cooker in my house (Would be "the only" if the Micro broke :) ) so its much easier for me to control what food and when. I'm also the food shopper which makes it even easier to manage our food. In addition, I'm only cooking for two people as opposed to an entire household. The Missus doesn't like "wild" flavoring, so its easy to please her with very simple and easy foods.

Good luck on the change you are debating.

Oh.. and I just finished my 3rd liter of water today.

Yeah, I had a friend who was eating toward regional-level bodybuilding competition. The amount of food and the types of food (both much like DA's current diet) would have killed me. I'm too addicted to carbs to make that level of commitment.

I have a close friend who has battled a weight problem since he graduated high school. Full blooded Italian and a love for all things pasta. Its a really tough cycle to break, and I still get amazingly strong cravings.

As for today, I had 3 eggwhites and 2 full eggs plus oatmeal for breakfast. 9am, I had my first round of Chicken, Rice and Broccoli. Just now finished my third liter of water for the day and my second round of Chicken, Rice and Broccoli. I'm leaving work early, as I've got 42 stops on the way home and a big project to complete tonight. And I'd like to make it to the gym. So that means I'll inhale another C,R,B when I get home.

I needed a bit of flavor at 9am and mixed a packet of dijon mustard into the C,R,B mix. Hit the spot, and very few bad calories.

Two Hebrew National hot dogs with mustard, a big scoop of Reser's Macaroni Salad, Ruffles with green onion dip and a Diet A&W Root Beer.

Yesterday I had Venison w/ Chive Burgers on the grill.

The Venison was from a deer my Brother-in-law took last October. Less than 5 hours from Breathing to Freezer. I thawed it and mixed fresh chive (Cut from my backyard herb bgarden into the mix and grilled in outside yesterday. A bit of American Chese on it, on a Whole Wheat Kaiser Roll, and they were fantastic.

As for today, I've varied it a bit.

Oatmeal in the morning, then 9am Chicken, Brown rice and Peas. Lunch time, Chicken Brown Rice and peas (Again).

Morning wasn't much for a suprise.

Supplements: Centrum (multi-vitamins), Magnesium, Chondroitin, Glucosamine, and Creatine. 50 Grams of oatmeal and 6 eggwhites w/ 2 yolks.

In another hour or so, I'll have my Chicken/Broccoli/Rice regiment.

You guys and your planned eating.

Having vodka on the rocks right now. Might go for a crazy Ginger White Russian in a moment here. Food does sound good though. Hmm...

Just now eating dinner, been busy with sponsor stuff all day, but I am just having some nachos I guess you can call it lol. Drinking water!

Just the usual, eggs and Oatmeal with supplements this morning. I'll have the same for lunch and dinner today. Nothing exciting, other than having Milk to wash down my supplements.

Just ate some Vegimite and cheese on toast...

Awesome meal to eat at 11pm at night!!

Vegemite and Marmite are probably the two worse things I have ever eaten and I've had my fair share of weird, disgusting food. I have a fairly unique taste and typically don't mind odd foods but really, how can people eat Vegemite?

Anyways for breakfast I'm having a cup of Roobios tea, a peanut butter bar, and some Swiss cheese on a hard roll.

Country fried pork chop with cheesy potatoes and broccoli with cheese. The boys wanted a "cheesy" dinner and they got it. ;)
