3. Do the licenses.

It seems like I took over your thread. Cool.

The first thing I'm going to do when GT4 comes out is go and buy it. You have to have the game before you can check out the dealership or have a car and start driving. Yeah.

4) take a month of work

5) Uh, check out Arcade mode.

ehh yeah... can I get a third choice like "coming close to flunking out of school because they came out with a sick ass game and I can't get away from it"?? thanks...

Nick:banghead:

Buy it (about 2 minutes after the shop doors open)check out the dealerships, then about 18 hours later realize i'm feeling faint because i haven't eaten, drank or slept!!!!!!! :) :D

1. Check the dealership.
2. Check out the arcade mode.
3. Go for a quick spin.
4. Do the licenses.

1. do all license tests
2. make 50 backups of savegame
3. play game for next several years, restart many times, and never have to do license tests again.

1. pick up reserved copy.
2. go to arcade mode, check out cars ad tracks.
3. do license tests
4. buy first car(if did not get all gold in 1 license)

i would suggest to try arcade mode first. if you go straight in to simulation without learning the tracks and get the feeling of the cars, it will take you 4ever to do the licenses. however, if you do arcade mode and do 2-3 races on each of the trax wit each of the cars, then youll soon get the gist of the game. yeah it will take 4ever to do what i just explained, but itll be worth it.

Not me, I enjoy doing the License Tests. No, I'm not on crack, thank you.

After buying it at the store, and then taking it home, and then opening the package, then taking out the disc, and then accidently dropping it on the floor (Crap!), and then putting it in my PS2, and then ...what the hell was the point of this thread?

Get cold feet because hell's going to freeze over before it comes out *sigh* oh how I've longed for my GT4 and still it is not here

Turn on PS2
Put dick, err, disk in
Reset
Play whereever the **** I like.

I saw 18 hours there earlier and feeling faint?!? where's ya stamina boy?

:odd:

You need to put the quote button to use mate! You'd get us all confussed.

6) do a quick happy dance while holding the GT4 CD
7) start the game and faint (because all the blood from my head will be running "south")
8) play the game
9) play the game
10)quick happy dance again

:D :D :D

Mmmm, cake. I just made a cake, and it tastes soooo good warm out of the oven.

I even made my own glaze for it too. Take a half cup of powdered sugar, add one teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, add one table spoon of boiling water, a pat of ...what was the point of this thread again?

hmmm what would i do?

1. Go to Uni and give my annoying teachers the illustrious middle finger.

2. Drink Beer like some crazy loco who just bought GT4.

3. Go out and buy a decent table for my "FRESH" New Logitech Wheel.

4. And finally, SIT BACK AND RELAX and Enjoy what is the REAL DRIVING SIMULATOR, Gran Turismo 4!!!

lol  ;)

We've been through that routine 3 times already, we don't need to start with arcade mode! Straight in a car, onto the Enduros! :p

I'll probably check out the garages to see what's on offer when you start, do a couple of laps to acclimate myself with the car, and then start the license tests, just like i've done in GT/GT2/GT3.

When it comes out, I will check out what cars there are in the dealers in Simulation Mode. That is the first thing I have always done in the GT games. Then I buy a car I like, and start the Sunday Cup!

The first thing I do is buy a car and go race it in the sunday cup, then I think about other licensesand checking out the dealerships (properly, obviously I checked them to buy my first car...) then I see what arcade mode is like, then get fairly bored fairly quickly and start tuning my first car back in GT mode

Normally I go for a quick spin in arcade mode then, if like GT2, spend an entire hour drooling over all the cars in the game :D

Oh & I'm not looking forward to doing all the licenses all over again :(
