Anyone heard of a Holodeck from Star Trek? One of them... 👍

A game were the cars are distributed equally between manufacturers, unlike Gran Turismo 4, where Japan got everything. Even Daihatsu had more prominence in the game than Buick. Change that in GT4, add GT5:P graphics and allegedly great physics, at least 20 more real world tracks, 500 more cars just to balance the number per manufacturer, night/day cycles, and I'm done with it. No damage needed whatsoever.

I agree with everyone that basically wants a virtual version of the real world and being able to drive anywhere. It would be great to start from a junkyard scrap to a garage full of supercars. One thing I think would be awesome is the ability to buy a semi and a racecar trailer and drive it from event to event. Don't know how many others would find this entertaining but it would be interesting at least.

Oh ya, it would have to have a cockpit that goes with it that has 6-axis movement and force feedback with monitors surrounding that make it truly feel like you are driving in a car.

If you have traffic on, you should have traffic rules... Speed limit, Turn Signals.

I think something kind of Test Drive Unlimited would be really cool.... Racing around the hawaiian island of maui, but with amazing graphics and a realistic physics engine would be really cool... but make it not so much about cops and stuff, but street-course racing in cities, and hillclimb sprints in the mountains... and maybe at some point being able to buy houses and open a tuning shop or whatever you wanted.... you could buy a bunch of land and design your own racing circuit (cool!).... essentially, a typical GT, but with free-roaming environment and more of a lifestyle characteristic added...

Oh yesssss..... i heard that might be in the Playstation 23 just in time for Gran Turismo 36 :dopey:

The Oscar Meyer Wiener truck will be the best vehicle in my GT game...

Sierra RS Cosworth
Sierra RS500 Cosworth
Sierra Sapphire RS Cosworth 2WD and 4WD
Escort RS Cosworth

How can these not be in the game? Some of the finest tuneable cars money can buy.

I'd like to be able to drive at all tracks in the world if possible, ie BTCC, WTC, F1 etc
with all the relevant cars. A bit like Toca Race Driver 3, but more......

Also I'd like the ability to change the drivetrain and engine of a car. So if I want a V8 Golf GTI Mk1 with 4wd for example, I could make one.
Or a Fiat 500 with a Subaru engine. Or a Cosworth Ka. I think you get the idea, Forza 2 had some limited options to do so.

I would feature F1 cars from all the eras. Also the same idea with the Le Mans racers ( C-Type, D-Type etc ).And for the third section of the game, i would feature the same idea for the Touring Cars, all different variations of the sport and obviously from each country. Also with the regular installment of GT ofcourse. That would be a massive game and could be the next GT game. Also need loads more European & American cars in the game too :).

yes you are right i love sierra cossie

I would make a chrome porsche 911 just like a saw in another thread called "what a day" or something like that. I would also make a track. It would be the Daytona florida track that the nascar drivers race on. That would be alot bigger than the Test Course.

Eh? The test course in GT3/4 is much longer than Daytona.

Test course is about 6.5 miles. Daytona is 2.5 miles.

If you want a big, long, fast track, you want Nardo, or Ehra-Lessien which has a 9km straight.

I also forgot to mention damage is a given to all cars and also a championship editor.:)

Yeah it stinks that they didn't make it so you could get damage.

My GT would be just the way PD made it.

My GT would have all of these people's ideas.

Are you sure your not gonna add any of your creativity in your GT?

My GT will come out this Year :sly:

My GT would just be a combination of all the gameplay elements of GRID and everything about GT and a little bit of Forza (as far as body kits and what not). It would be called "That Car Game" (like that 70s show).

Just kidding about the title but everything else im serious. :)

the style of long scenic tracks as in the early NFS, i.e smalltown america, french riviera, swiss alps, etc. more real world tracks as in TOCA WTC, more everyday type and classic european and american cars plus their touring car variants, body kits, respray shop, weather options, choice of day or night with relevant lighting, a track editor would be nice and new cars and tracks able to be downloaded. All features either done before or do-able now

but then, dare i say this? on past form, the first GT on a new playstation console has always left me, well, disappointed. take GT2 then look at GT3 then follow with GT4. i mean look at the amount of cars and tracks in each of them. yes GT5 is going to be good but just wait till GT6 is in the works!

I would have almost every or every car manufacture in my GT. I will make a list of cars soon. I will only list the manufactures and their cars that weren't on the other GT games. I will also try to draw my own tracks and name them.

COMING SOON!!!!!!!!

I like your GT already.

My GT:

You start on your 16th (or whatever the legal age is in your country) Birthday, you have to get your driver's license. Once you pass, you can buy a used car to start out. You can get a job and go to track days on the weekends. As you do good in track days, you get your racing licenses and begin racing full-time, eventually choosing to go into Touring, Dirt, Stock Car, Rally, or Open-Wheel Racing.

- Possibility to show the middle finger during overtakes (cockpit view)
- Full damage for all cars.
- Wrc championship with all official rallys, gravel and mud on cars, weather changes.
- All rally cars from 70' to now
- No nascar
- No f1 but all tracks from f1 championship
- DTM champioship
- All original tracks from previous gt ( red rock valley, el capitan etc.)
- Possibily to save during endurance race ( for people like me that couldn't play many times and don't want to destroy the ps3 keeping it "on" for a month)
- Change color of cars after you have bought it

My GT would do away with GT4's map system and instead use a fully modeled city that the player could drive in. Within the city there would be dealerships and a racing school (for license tests). If the player wanted to buy a car, he/she could either drive to its respective showroom or simply warp there. The player would also have his/her own garage, where they could store, tune, and customize cars. Think of it like Test Drive Unlimited's island, except much smaller and without the various challenges. All racing would take place outside of the city, and only street cars would be allowed on the open road. No cops either... after all, this isn't Need For Speed. Think of the city as a hub from where you can access everything the game has to offer.

When you want to compete in a particular event, you simply return to your garage. All races can be accessed from there. Your team would then fly out to whatever track the event is taking place at. There would be full race weekends, and the player could skip the practice or qualifying sessions if they so choose.

As far as the customization aspect goes, the player would be able to add exterior parts as well as internal upgrades. Some would be specifically designed for racing (like a front splitter or rear diffuser), while others would be just for show. The player could also design liveries, either for specific cars or an entire fleet.

Online, players could start their own racing team with up to two other friends and compete side by side. Teams would be ranked on a central leaderboard. Also, an online showroom would allow players to create their own tuning company to modify and sell cars they've worked on. This would work the same way as the racing teams - you could either go it alone or employ a few friends, and leaderboards would allow customers to rate the best tuners and see how they rank.

I would add the best driving road in the world as voted by Topgear.

The Davos to Stelvio pass in the alps

I would recreate GT4 in every way but upgrade the graphics , remove a lot of the cars that are repeated (Like Nissan Skylines). The menu system would remain and I would try o get licences for more car types.

Hmmm. I like this question.

I would start with the basics of what we have seen GT5 will be/might have inlcuded. All the tracks, cars, possible weather, day/night..... I would have tracks and cars from pre WWII and on. I would make it playable as is now, and has been.

Then I would add a role play option. Pick a date to be born. From then on you cultivate your racing career. It turns out, as it turns out. No redoing races. You crash, you crash. You lose, you lose. Start at a young age, and try to work your way through the ranks. And keep it time specific. As today, if you wanted to get into F1, you start in karts. Yes, karts. In the 50's, people started later, and in typical race cars. No matter when you start, as time goes along you are able to watch as the cars actually progressed. Crossing the decades and moving into the newer cars as they came out. Imagine starting in the mid 60's, and working your way up and through the 70's. Moving from early Trans Am, to Le Mans cars of the 70's.

Sorry if this rambles, but I think this would be a lot of fun, and have virtually endless possibilities.
