A new week brings a new set of Gran Turismo 7 Daily Races, with three fresh events now live and running through next Monday, September 14.
Race A puts everyone in the same car, the Peugeot RCZ Gr.3 Road Car, for seven laps of Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta on Sports Mediums. It’s the road-going take on Peugeot’s Gr.3 racer, and with settings locked down and a rolling start there’s nothing to fiddle with before the lights. Just pick a color and go.
Race B is Gr.4 machinery at Mount Panorama, four laps on Racing Hards with brake balance the only setting left open, as usual. Bathurst remains one of the most distinctive circuits in the game, with the narrow, wall-lined run down the top of the mountain leaving very little room for error. If you’ve never seen just how tight that section is in person, our visit to the circuit back in 2020 is worth a read.
Race C is the longest of the week, with twelve laps of Dragon Trail – Seaside in Gr.3 cars. There’s no mandatory pit stop listed in the regulations, but both Racing Medium and Racing Soft tires must be used during the race, which means a stop is effectively mandatory anyway. When you take it is up to you, with fuel and tire wear at 3x and 6x, respectively. Brake balance is adjustable, and the Chicane of Death on the back section will be doing its usual job of sorting the field.

Daily Races are the main ranked multiplayer events in Gran Turismo 7. Your Driver Rating (DR) and Sportsmanship Rating (SR) update after every race based on how you finish, and they feed into your seeding for the game’s flagship esports series each season.
To get into Sport Mode in the first place you’ll need to unlock it by clearing Menu Book 9 (“Championship: Tokyo Highway Parade”) in the GT Cafe, and a PlayStation Plus subscription is required to race online.
With GT7’s Daily Races rolling over every Monday, the next new set should land on Monday, September 14.
