Kunos Continues to Tease Porsche Pack Finale for Assetto Corsa, Arrives Tomorrow

Tomorrow, the Porsche 917K makes it first video game appearance since 2000’s Need For Speed: Porsche Unleashed.

The third and final Porsche Pack is almost here, and as usual Kunos continues the hype train for tomorrow’s pack by releasing several new teaser images showing off the contents of the pack. Here’s the rundown of everything players can expect to find in the final pack, just in time for the holidays:

  • 911 GT3 Cup 2017
  • 911 Turbo S
  • 911 GT3 R 2015
  • 919 Hybrid 2016
  • 908 LH
  • 917 K
  • 911 R

Keen-eyed observers will immediately notice the 2017 mid-engine 911 RSR is missing from the list. Kunos recently confirmed the 911 RSR will not be included when the pack initially releases, citing that more time is needed to deliver an experience mirroring what the new machine has to offer. While the 580 horsepower Turbo S will be taking its place, the RSR will be released as a free upgrade for the third pack in January.

While the 911 GT3 Cup will be available tomorrow, players will have to wait until the new year for the mid-engine RSR.

While there’s currently no timeline for when the final pack releases for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players, there is the fact that both the Red Pack and Porsche Pack 2 are coming to consoles in January as well. With a combined total of 16 cars to drive, console racers will have to decide which car to drive first and for how long.

There’s no such thing as too many cars.
