    @rubo

    It’s just you, that is a gallardo. Check out the door and a-pillar line as he passes since you don’t get a good look at the rear. Not that I fault you, they are REALLY close…

    I don´t mean to whine but I don´t like how the car seems to get a boost by bumping in to the other car in the turn before he overtakes the Merc. Bumping into someone slows you down not the contrary. I hope they fix that because I´m definitely buying this.

    I hate Gran Turismo HUD since GT4, there’s just too much those things on screen that is useless. GT4 Prologue had the best HUD ever.

    @mv006
    Of course the racing line can be turned off.
    Its not from need for speed, they have always had them in the gran turismo license tests.
    Its a good tool to learn a course quick, especially if its your first time driving the track.

    this still doesn’t look any different from gran turismo 3 on ps2, maybe a bit better graphics but that’s about it looks like the same old boring as batshit gameplay.

  8. mv006

    the only difference between this and gt4 is that stupid guide line from need for speed, it sucks. hope it can be turn off!!

    Damn…The background environment looks to be improved from prologue. Any know if we can transfer our cars and credit from GT5P?

  12. Show The Damage, Damn You

    Wait until you see GT5 in your home running on a 1080p 240hz LED-Backlit TV while you race in the vision racer seat with a logitech wheel attached.

    I am literally ACHING to know the initial amount of tracks, and following that, whether or not downloadable tracks (please say yes) are planned in the future. That is all.

  13. Show The Damage, Damn You

    Even though I know this is undoubtedly (especially considering Sony’s 2nd press conference of the day starts in a few minutes following the typing of this comment) not the last video of GT5 we’ll see coming out of TGS I still wish the video would have been of the race replay so we could see the damage inflicted by those few wall slams that happened during the race segment.

    God bless Polyphony Digital.

    So stoked on the 560-4. With that edition I think it’s safe to say all other versions will be included of the current Lambo family. Reventon, LP 670 SV, mmmmmmmm
