Weekly Forza Rewards is The Easy Way to Credits in Forza Motorsport 7

If you’re aiming to collect many, if not all 770 cars in Forza Motorsport 7 you’re going to need a lot of credits. Luckily, we have you covered and the task at hand is easier to manage than you’d imagine.

Credits aren’t hard to come by in the series’ seventh iteration. With a variety of mod bonuses, plus race and level up rewards, there’s no shortage of opportunities for enterprising racers. There is an easier, hassle-free alternative some seem to forget, however: Forza Rewards.

What Is Forza Rewards?

Forza Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards players for playing any Forza title. Players can view their Forza Score and Tier on the official site and how to further increase both. On Xbox One, all weekly rewards are in the form of in-game credits. Did we mention players can also redeem vehicles and other goodies with the arrival of every new Forza game?

Each title has a variety of parameters that players can boost for more points. Some targets are fairly straight forward, like number of cars owned or Gamerscore. Others require players to hit a certain amount of clean passes, or finish in-game showcase events.

Best of all, there’s no sign-up involved; you’re automatically enrolled. Even better, an Xbox Live Gold subscription is not required to take advantage of the feature.

A quick reminder: rewards are accumulative for Tier 3 players and above. Here’s a closer look at the points required for each Tier and its associated credits reward:

  • Tier 1 – 0 pts
  • Tier 2 – 100 pts; 25,000 credits
  • Tier 3 – 500 pts; 25,000 credits
  • Tier 4 – 1,000 pts; 25,000 credits
  • Tier 5 – 2,500 pts; 25,000 credits
  • Tier 6 – 5,000 pts; 25,000 credits
  • Tier 7 – 7,500 pts; 50,000 credits
  • Tier 8 – 10,000 pts; 50,000 credits
  • Tier 9 – 12,500 pts; 50,000 credits
  • Tier 10 – 15,000 pts; 75,000 credits
  • Tier 11 – 17,500 pts; 75,000 credits
  • Tier 12 – 20,000 pts; 75,000 credits

Where To Earn Points

Current-gen Forza titles offer the best bang for the buck when it comes to total points. At its peak the 360-era titles offered a total of 2,000 points. Every title on the Xbox One ups the ante to 3,000, offering more points opportunities all around.

Forza Rewards resets every Thursday evening. At any point during the week, players can log in (we’d suggest using Forza Hub) and claim weekly rewards. Depending on your Forza tier you can haul anywhere from 25k to 500k every week. Those sitting at Tier 12, the current max, rake in a whopping two million credits every month. Not a bad way to spend a few minutes away from the game if we say so ourselves.

For those still working their way up, here are a few ways to increase both your Forza Score and Tier.

Number of Cars Owned

Since Forza Motorpsort 5, the number of cars one needs to own has fallen to half its original requirement. Across Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 3, 50 cars is all you need for an easy 250 points. Conversely, FM7 quintuples that number to 250 cars, an easy if not time-consuming task. Your reward? 500 points, double that of the four other games’ totals.

There are a number of ways to breeze through this without much hassle. Among them, the most obvious is simply purchasing cars from the dealership. Beyond that, there’s the Auction House where you can pick up sought after rides for a bargain. There’s also the Specialty Dealer and reward cars — all work in your favor.

PC racers have the added benefit of FM6: Apex. While not a full feature release, it offers a combined 1,000 points for those willing. Best of all, you only have to drive 50 cars or 66% of the total roster for an easy 100 points.

Days Played

This is another easy, albeit time consuming goal. Every game since Forza Motorsport 3 only requires 50 days total. Across the eight titles, including FM7, that’s a combined total of 3,400 points. At the end of the day all that’s required is logging into the game(s) for the day and you’re done.

It doesn’t get much simpler than that.

Forza Horizon Bucket Lists

More easy points come your way courtesy of Forza Horizon Bucket Lists. There are a total of 45 challenges between the two current generation open world racers, and they’re well worth it. Forza Horizon 2 features 15 for a total of 400 points. While FH3 up the number to 30, the payoff remains the same.

The challenges range from beat the clock to drift mastery, and everything in-between. Did we mention it’s a great way to take new cars for a spin? If blazing a trail through the rainforest in an Ariel Nomad, or running a Hennessey Venom ragged is on your list, you’ll be in good company.

Free Points

In addition to the above, back around the time of FM7’s launch, Turn 10 announced any Token- or DLC-based milestones would be maxed out across the Forza Rewards program. It isn’t quite clear how the team implemented this for all players, but it could mean over 2,000 points for you, for free. That’s practically an entire tier upgrade.
