A New Ferrari Might Be Coming to Forza Horizon 4 Next Week

It’s almost time for another installment of Turn 10’s Forza Monthly livestream. The studio has penciled in the latest edition for Tuesday, November 19, where fans will be eager to hear the latest news on the Forza franchise.

As is tradition before each livestream, T10 and Playground Games tease a new spotlight car. Last month saw the addition of the Bugatti Divo, but this latest teaser is the most cryptic we’ve seen.

The swooping silhouette screams that it’s a mid-engined Ferrari supercar, and we can see what looks to be top of a Ferrari badge on the front quarter panel. There also appears to be a prominent rear lip spoiler, and a large side cooling vent above and ahead of the rear wheel. That would suggest that the car in question is a Ferrari 488 Pista.

The Pista is Ferrari’s most hardcore V8 road car, with 710hp from its 3.9-liter turbocharged engine. Being a highly requested car in the community, the Pista will make a lot of fans very happy.

However, we can’t rule out the possibility of the new F8 Tributo either. The cars have a similar basic silhouette, as well as prominent side cooling vents. Both also share an aggressive nose similar to the teaser.

Development for Forza Motorsport 7 wrapped up in August, so it is almost certain the new Ferrari will appear in Forza Horizon 4. We won’t know for certain which Ferrari will be shown, but we would likely bet on the Pista simply for that car’s more pronounced rear wing.

We expect the upcoming Series 16 update for FH4 to feature the latest Prancing Horse. Series 15 brought a few surprise cars with it, so we eagerly anticipate what Series 16 has in store.

More information is to be expected to come over the next few days. Players will find out everything on November 19 at 1800UTC, with the official broadcast over on Mixer. Be sure to stay tuned for further details.
