So other than GT Academy, which is pointless unless you have both a steering wheel and some form of actual racing training, what else is in these update?

The only good thing about the update is that, you don't need a PS4 and a thrustmaster wheel for GT Academy 2015.

There were many people asking in the GT Academy section last year and earlier this year, if it is gonna be on PS3 or PS4 and I was in a dilemma as well.So yea ,it is good to see it on the PS3.

The thought didn't occur to you that they might do a demo preview, like they did with GT6? I was actually afraid that they would, but then I got a PS4 last week. Then I was kinda hoping for a GT7 demo on PS4.

In 2012 they released the patch for Motegi right at the end of GTacademy. So we can't confirm or deny it until the final round has started.

Obviously, the Transmission Fix is something the majority of users have been wanting, so that's fantastic that we finally have it. Not everything can be fixed with a Hot Fix. While I applaud PD for fixing the sound of a vehicle, it's disappointing to know it's a Vision GT car which I never drive. Oh well...The game doesn't revolve around me! I'm sure some of you will be happy to hear improved sound with that car. 👍

Honestly, I didn't want the transmission fix; because it gave me a level playing field.

Yeah they are vision gt probably testing the sounds on them for gt7. Anyone now when the maintenance will be done its 1:45 here on the east coast

If there is a new track for GTA, I think it will be Dubai. It's an obvious choice, because the 24h Dubai is first race that most, if not all GT Academy winners do.

First somewhat professional race, they do a lot of racing up until that point getting signatures on their license.
