Now that the 2026 NFL draft is over and the first game of the season is announced, why not make a new NFL thread for the 2026 season?

Dallas Cowboys will be visiting the NY Giants week one on Sunday Night Football!

Discuss!

I decided not to go to Dublin last year to see the Steelers, but Paris is very tempting for this season.

Bears at Panthers week 1, in the battle of who won the Bryce Young/Caleb Williams trade. Panthers I think might have a multiple prime time games this year. Which is a first in a long while.

Edit: Three prime time games in fact.

About 6 years too late. He hasn't really even shown flashes of his former self in a really, very, long time. Plagued by injuries and cursed by the party boat. I'm totally excited, can you tell?

I saw that. Rams ain't playing. They lost to Seattle last year because their corners were getting burnt on a consistent basis. Replaced them. Got a QB for the future. Signed Stafford for a couple more years. Now they get Miles Garrett! I wouldn't be surprised if they somehow get AJ Brown. TBH I don't think they will buuut if they I won't be surprised

Plus the Super Bowl is at SoFi this year.

Cleveland is now on the clock for the number one draft pick in the 2027 NFL Draft.
Arizona still exists.

Got to feel for Cards fans. Every other team in that division just continues to get better and better, while they're waiting on Jacoby Brissett to stop holding out.

You are right. I did forgot about them:lol:

It's worth noting that Myles Garrett waved his no-trade clause just to accept that trade. That alone speaks volumes about the trade.

And we signed JuJu. And more importantly, AJ Brown is out of the NFC East <3 :mischievous: Is that sky turning a better shade of blue? Nah....

I understand that but Garrett is arguably the best defensive player in the NFL
Don't get me wrong, I'm really pleased we've got Garrett, just a bit disappointed we had to lose Verse to get him.

We are certainly going all in this season again. The only weakness we've got is depth at WR. We've lost Tutu so need Mumpfield or Whittington to take a step up, or we'll be using 13 personnel a lot again.

I thought the 13 was by design to counter the lighter fronts they were facing. I think they are going to continue doing 13 as I believe they drafted another TE. It may be why they didn't draft a WR or they may be waiting for some cuts
