Edit: and it's bloody good too. Trying to work out why the number plate won't display properly though. Any ideas? The DDS and NM are in the skin folders.

Ah yes!!!! I've been dying for a 992!!!!

Changes have been made, steering wheel should now be straight and the tyres/wheels have been resized to 305/680 R18.

A Mustang GT4

@GzeroD quick question. Any idea why the flash to pass wouldn't work? I checked the lights.ini and it seems to have the correct information but when you go to use it, nada.

[kalun318]

Honda S2000 '06 from Gran turismo 6

damn, this is the best AP2 for AC now, been using one from Gentle Mind Performance for ages and find that one is quite outdated and inaccurate in performance

[kalun318]

is it any fresh Ferrari F50 GT ??

I got one before but can't remember from where, hopefully this one will work for you

Go to the skins folder and open the number plate in whatever paint software you use...rename it to white.png and it'll magically appear. Not sure how to do the Normal map for it though.

Very strange solution but it does work
Now, do you have a simple trick up your sleeve to get the wipers working too ?

It does work but i'm not sure if the normal maps will work as a png, but I am hoping the answer is forthcoming...as for what's up my sleeves, I'm afraid there's no working wipers up there right now. Again that might be something that is coming in the future but not from my lowly skills

Update for Autopolis_Oita skin: https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/skin-for-autopolis_oita.32421/

Changelog:

- Transparency of the windows of the buildings of the main straight line fixed.
- Change in the color of some trees to try to decrease flickering.
- Change the color of the sand traps to make them look more natural.
- Less shine in the people on benches (thanks, Bloody1979).
- Other minor adjustments.

[Marneus_boss]

Small race At Monza 2013 with some Group C I tried to pack.
With neutral liveries and balanced performances.

R89C and DBR1 in the box, or maybe one Rondeau.

For the moment the XJR-9 use the C9 physics, as the sole NA group C in kunos game, the Velo and RTM one reach 340km/h too easy. I need help to fix that

[Masscot]

Anyone fancy applying black rims to a second set of skins and fixing the number plates for all of them. Then reupping the car? Go on, you know you want to.

nevermind, found it

[MrB00]

@Fanapryde @Masscot
Ok no normal maps can be made for this plate as it'll need changing in the kn5. Whoever made this one will need asking to sort it out. It's a weird one and not one I've seen before to be honest.

[TonyBarracuda]

Small patch (less than 1MB!) for Cizeta V16T by TonyBarracuda (GTSupreme.com):

• Renamed class to street from GT.
• Changed tags to "#Vintage Supercars/rwd/manual/street/v16/supercar/vintage/italy/gtsupreme.com" from "gtsupreme.com/italy/diablo/gt"
• Updated UI badge.
• Updated previews.
• Updated livery icons.
• Changed gear ratios to "-2.865/2.420/1.610/1.140/0.846/0.704/4.220" from "-2.125/2.312/1.524/1.125/0.888/0.676/3.830".
• Changed power graph.
• Increased power at wheels to 486 hp @ 8,000 rpm from 426 hp @ 7,500 rpm (10% transmission loss from 540 hp).
• Increased torque at wheels to 495 Nm @ 6,500 rpm from 449 Nm @ 5,000 rpm (10% transmission loss from 550 Nm).
• Increased redline to 8500 from 7500.
• Increased rpm damage threshold to 8600 from 7700.
• Increased AI shift values to 8400/5000 from 6925/5000.
• Increased autoshift values to 8400/5000 from 7450/4700.
• Increased total mass to 1775 from 1640.
• Increased fuel capacity to 120 from 70.
• Increased starting fuel load to 60 from 30.
• Resized and repositioned ground collider.
• Repositioned exhaust flames.

I strongly recommend using Content Manager to replace it's V12 sound to any high-revving V8 you can find on the internet.

Simply extract the main folder's content to the correct folder of the required mod.

Enjoy!

Required mod: Yandex Disk (GTSupreme) or Google Drive (Assetoland)
Patch: Mega

Thank you ! nice edit. Especially redline, i made mistake with it.

I got one before but can't remember from where, hopefully this one will work for you

thank you very much!

Great to drive and looks great!

However, the gear ratios for the 8-speed PDK transmission are WAAAAY to long. This is geared like an older generation 6-speed--like they noticed the two additional gears after the fact and threw some additional ratios in that the engine and car could never use unless going down a steep 5-mile downhill with a strong tailwind. On the Nordschleife, on the last straight, you just get into 6th, when you should get to 7th, and maybe just start 8th (which is a "highway" gear).

There's a legitimate reason manufacturers are adding gears to performance transmissions, as it improves handling and control, and actually reduces strain on the drivetrain (but does add a few more parts that could fail).

BTW, there is now a 7-speed gated manual for this car, which was a surprise, but the semi automatic/paddle shift transmissions are now becoming the better choice. I love gated manuals, that's what I drive every day, but these new 7 and 8-speed dual clutch transmissions are causing me to rethink my preference on the track.

Is there an efficient way to edit the positioning of the first-person cameras on the car?

I made a copy of every skin and applied the black rims to each, so now I don't have to choose

If I fix plates too, I suppose I could re-up it

Sprint version.

This 992 Is awesome, great drive, for track day

You mean the driver´s view? Use the ingame app and then save the position.

[d25bev]

What's the consensus. Is camtool worth the messing or better to stick with the default?

[Patrick Ellis]

I might be onto something here, but I don't have much experience with ksEditor. I changed the texture, but clueless about where I'd find the normals. I'd like to make sure that works too before I go any further

Are you any good at tweaking gear ratios too (see above)?

Thanks for the help, things shall be more easy when it comes down to camera positioning.

This is how I do it. Once I have a plate.dds saved in the skins folder I use the Normals plugin in Paint.net (no idea what photshop tool there is for doing Normals) and then save that file as plate_NM.dds
Not sure if this is how to do it when creating a plate file in the kn5 - but i'm presuming its the same method
