Assetto Corsa PC Mods General DiscussionPC

[racealot]

Greetings to all GT Planet members...

Hoping you're all doing well and fastidiously enjoying this mod... It may seem a lot of members will not be taking part on this challenge, as it is specifically for Europe... So, in the interest of those that may not be able to partake but do have the mod, here's a livery skin-pack based on a fictional GT Planet Racing Team...

https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/ferrari-488-challenge-evo-gt-planet-racing-team.35278/

off-topic... but very much related to the newly released Ferrari mod...
can't stop driving this thing... it most definitely grows on you... quick challenge warm up anyone? a ten lap stint... just warming up the tires...

couldn't help it, so had to do a closer-mode replay camera to appreciate this mod...

Firstly thank you for this, i have been going round in dusty circles for days now and was great to get back onto a track I've not used much, in possibly the finest car in AC...

Anyway, i did a hot lap so cheated a bit, really i just wanted to see how i stacked up.... did 5 laps and stopped at this..

1.26.046

[VheEth]

@VheEth, et all, am I missing any VHE tracks?
View attachment 948826

[VheEth]

I also have an update of Austin which is by VheEth, I believe.

That's garbage

By the looks of it, we could have quite an interesting "Wednesday night" league. If there is ever any interest in this, I volunteer as a score keeper and can put up a homepage on my server.

This Pic is from 97 Le Mans prequaly. The same team with the same drivers in the Fia gt champ.

Hay I need bit of help searching for 2 porsche liveries. The #21 Kremer Racing Porsche 911 GT1 (White) and another version of which is yellow.
I only found 1 photo of the white version and 3 photos for the yellow version i need more pictures so i can start making the skins, any help is appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

You need to finish something else as well.

haven't heard anything as yet... otherwise you would have known about it...
@VheEth may still be working on it... keeping fingers crossed on this...

[tiwixblue]

Fun to get this in before work! Love the way this track looks during golden hour and after sunset. Took about 5 laps as well. Great camera @racealot

That would be an awesome idea Ales... I'm in... If there's any assistance needed, let me know... in the meantime I better head off to the track and improve my initial time... great track @VheEth it's my first drive... with so many updates on this forum and side-modding activities, have not driven many tracks and cars as yet... keep in touch and regards.

that's an awesome lap-time dude... better stop reading this thread and get back on the track... btw, would you believe it's the first ever cam made that has not received any post-editing... that was just a quickie to see the car closer...

[Joao Batista]

OK so been exploring getting more cars into the dirt ovals, because it is so much fun.
This car was made for it (all about the steer ratio).... absolute blast and as simple as just a tyre change!

I'll check GTR2 tomo and see if that livery is bundled in the FIA GT 97-09 mod and if it is - I'll take some screens for ya.

[Firehound427]

which car is this?

That'll be a Legends car, a slightly-scaled-down recreation of a '30s American car powered by a high-revving motorcycle engine. Assettoland has a couple of Legends cars based on 1934 Ford Coupes; the car in the shot is one of those.

EDIT: Fanapryde has pointed out the exact car below.

EDIT: And I was going to say I was Ninja'd by @Firehound427

[MrB00]

@Fall Guy Time to start up the TT again is it?

would you believe I hardly (ever!) use the hot-lap mode... found the ghost-car a bit distracting at first, but ok, race against it and improve, right? also, no AI to impose challeneges whilst you're hotlapping... well, it made a huge difference, got 01:25.935...
Now better get some Zzzz... btw: have enjoyed your oval track updates and the fact that you're using a SUV... got give this a try some time... take care.

Thanks - the recent backfire flame update doesn't seem to be working though (on the grip car at least - I didn't download the drift version)?

[safi hellie]

which car is this?

As pointed out, its on assettoland and RD.

What you need though is the legion dirt oval and dirt tyres. I can send you the relevant data files no problem.
