Merry Xmas. If you fancy giving your magic to some more tracks how about Kunos Monza, Spa , Nurburgring GP and GT, Barcelona , Many thanks. Stay safe.

This is new... Every time I end a practice session, I get an unexpected error window, can't click on OK or anything else, so I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete, and "End Task" acs.exe. Then it returns to CM with this. Windows 10, SOL 2.0, tested with CSP 1.65, 1.67 and 1.68.

Hmmm, upon further testing, I can use my TS300RS with the H-Pattern setup with no issues. I switch to the Paddle setup, and I get an error.

Just a hunch: are you using BLM lights ?
Some tracks don't play well with the app and then you get the same error message after leaving the session.
If it is, add the track name to the excluded tracks in the app folder. You then can't control the track lighting, but you will not get the error.

No, I turned off BML Lights. Apparently there's some issue with my "T300RS Paddles" setup (preset I created). I use the "T300RS H-Patten" and I don't get a crash. Something's not happy in the settings.

Update--Went to settings, selected my "T300RS Seq Stick" preset, reassigned the up and down shift to the paddles, resaved as "T300RS Paddles" and the problem has gone away. Still don't know what the issue was.

I've sent him an updated Kn5 files for both cars to fix window issues

Thank you for your effort, but if your fix breaks some other things on my end...
Are only VR-Users effected?

Fanapryde
I'm on triples, no VR

With your latest patch, the windows are now clear, but the center rear-view mirror and monitor are flickering. There's also a strange pattern. Something's fighting with something else.

It's ALMOST working--we'll get it there soon.

This is what I see:

And yes, mirror and monitor flickering, as are the colored rings on the steering wheel.

as a non-VR and single monitor player I can see out of the car, only the mirrors and steering wheel flicker.

There's still some days to go.
Who knows what might be coming before the year end... :sly:

Oh I know.. but I thought this might go on for a while, haha..

I'm keeping my eyes on one or two yet.. a certain Porsche 906, for one..

@frankalexandre

Do you think that you can save the mess on the mesh of this Greek track?

Serres Racing Circuit - Tracks - AC Drifting Pro

If you could take a look I would be obliged.

Sorry i am fixing the tracks im racing on and im a GT3 guy. Have zero interest on drift. Lost a bit of motivation also with patchs releases being lost in the 3000 messages. Ideal would be original autor re-releasing the tracks with the updates, but i've got no answer from they, so i think they have no interest too.

:drool: That... is stunning!! Even on the second watch I get tingles... And I love how your sequence approaching the corkscrew quite mimics my still of it!

I have only seen one or two other videos with drone cams thus far, but this is by far the most dramatic; the enigmatic lighting, the boxer bark of that fantastic Sube, the sweeping fans and zooms.. Just brilliant, mate!

Let's collaborate anytime!

That car, by the way.. it's not from aphidgod, is it? I thought it was a DDM, but they usually use JDM plates.

Thank you so much for sharing this.. a great Christmas present indeed. :D

I'm glad you liked it, it was the least I could do when my request was done so quickly! Funnily enough, I freelance as a drone cinematographer irl so this app is second nature to me. Here's the link to the car I used.

A temporary fix for the windows (as the transparency flag has not been set on the glass) would be to add this to the end of the ext_config.ini in the cars extension folder for both editions. At least until a proper fix for the glass and interior flickering parts is done so testing the car is possible in current state:

[SHADER_REPLACEMENT_...]
ACTIVE = 1
MATERIALS = INT_Windows, EXT_Windows, INT_Windshield
IS_TRANSPARENT = 1

Update pushed through CM...
-Fixed Windows and flickering Steeringwheel on Sprint version

Also some should lower expectations when declared as WIP twice.......

@norms
Thanks, I can see now ;)
Strange that the flickering only occurs in the Endu version, the Sprint is OK.

Silly question - but I see yellow flags and blue flags, but never the finish flag or other flags. is there a way to turn on / off flags in content manager or setting I did by accident somewhere?

Hi everyone!

Silverstone 1999 and AbuDhabi as a little pre-Christmas present ;) ;)

Silverstone: https://www.mediafire.com/file/dtv9egec7lj6zey/silverstone_1999_v05.rar/file
View attachment 979721
- Based on a quite bad version from RD
- Visually overhauled
- New Racesurface
- GrassFX, RainFX, Seasons, etc.

AbuDhabi: https://www.mediafire.com/file/c3p8w6rb614mqpt/yasmarina_2020.rar/file
View attachment 979722

-Based on ACU version 1.05
- GrassFX, RainFX
- Lights done with CustomEmissives, so maybe not fully compatible with other skins.
- New AI

;---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also I've done a Bentley 2018 conversion from ACC. Visually nice, Interior not fully finished.
Don't know if it should be released here, let me know. Also help with Physics and Interior (Dash) recommend.

Stay Safe and Merry Christmas!
