Is the physics update by 'VR Driving' the one that @EvilGloomy posted a few days ago?

The white dials are a little dark (maybe picked up by the VAO?) but raising ksAmbient of Material #25646 from 0.15 to 0.35 makes them more OEM I think.

Edit: just noticed the rear wiper doesn't visually wipe the glass from the external view, but does from cockpit view (in the rear-view mirror).
Maybe rain glass not set up properly on the rear?
(don't worry about the non-OEM blue car skin)

I have tested it and it was good, much better handling than before.
Will also you make a rework of the RSS 2000 V10 and the 2014 mod?

didnt spot any significant differences but the replay cam seems broken.
tho not sure if my version had a working cam included from the start or if i had it added later on, regardsless, the default TV cam from my linked file works fine.

I added this to my config. Now the piece is gone. However, I hope that something else has not disappeared.

I couldn't find it in your config that I downloaded today, unfortunately. Especially since with me also this grass part floated and is now gone after inserting the code. 🤷‍♂️

Here's the section file (corner numbers) for Losail (delete the .txt part and include in the data folder).
Eventually it will figure in the package on RD, but I'm not updating it yet. But feel free to include if you want.

Decreased intensity of a few lights (it mostly affected white cars), added a new one and reworked other values.
Also included far+ and close preview distances.

definitely an improvement. cars now have individual sounds for a start.

the cockpit and external sounds do vary quite a bit from car to car. ive created an extension file for each car to try and balance them out.

rename .txt to zip.

Don't know why, but probably i didn't overwrite when packed the update the old ext_config

Sand of Losail circuit is too "flat" and the speed decreases too much.
I have modified the data in surfaces.ini, I don't know if it's real but I like it and I feel the FFB.
What do you think? Surely the original is improvable. I should see other circuits to compare.

Re Losail: I set the sand and astro turf surfaces to is_valid_flag=0 to invalidate the lap. @__EASY__ could you move the hotlap spawn point to somewhere before the last turn?

Hi

i have a question about Sergio Loro`s 60s Hockenheim.

Since "ever" i have a problem with this track (both layouts). I tried to use it several times as part of a custom championship. Unfortunately the progress after the race is NOT beeing saved. I had a similar problem only once with a estoril track years ago.

Do someone know a hidden fix or can some skilled person try to fix it ? (if others have the same problem)

An adaptation I made in the 1986 mod (4 bar turbo pressure), but I had to adjust other things. Pole's time, close to real. The car "vibrates", "hits the ground", similar to what happened at the time. But in the race, you can't always use 90 to 100% of the turbo, just overtaking.
