If i can't get to have Skoda Octavia and Felicia for AC in the future, then i guess i'm giving up to remake Mobil 1 Rally Championship...

I'll just remake Colin McRae Rally 1 since i have the same car mods as the CMR1 had. But i replace Felicia KitCar to 306 Maxi.

That mesh material is tied to the entire car body itself, so if you removed the reflections entirely (by adjusting fresnel values) then you'll also lose reflections for the body itself

You can through ext_config change the properties of a specific mesh rather than material, but this mod in particular has that mesh you're looking at tied to the rear of the body (10/10 mod quality )

The only option really is to open it in 3d software and separate the meshes (and material)

was afraid of that... still it be better I guess as I could do this to a particular skin (the one I use), and leave the ai ones untouched.

This is impossible unless someone include csp settings with the ppfilters. I hope you've learned from that not to simply drag and drop everything to CM.

How did you change your UI to white? Looks nice.

You can change your theme to Light, Dark or Black. Navigate to Settings > Content Manager > Appearance and change it here. Don't use any background image.

Select the spline, [TAB] into edit mode, enable proportional editing, select a vertex and press [G] to move it, scroll the mouse wheel down to increase the proportional editing radius, then move the points as needed.

Looking good, but what is quality in VR-mode (cockpit view) as most modders have problems creating the 3D depth aspect. Like flat structure at dashboard trim or the only 3D you see at the instrument panel is the metal rim around the tachometer .

Good question. I'm not sure, I'm a flatscreen guy. I like the detail and quality of their 3D work, but YMMV. I'll ask.

Actually, Octavia WRC and Felicia KitCar are private downloads, so i cannot download them and i wouldn't be able to remake without them.
I was thinking if Octavia WRC and Felicia KitCar mod would be available for free public downloads.

I also wished for the other last rally car mods to exist in AC to remake Rally Championship: Astra KitCar, Proton Compact/Old Mirage Rally Car, Coupe/Tiburon KitCar, Almera KitCar and Civic VTi Rally Car mod for Assetto Corsa.

Still, waiting for the Octavia WRC and Felicia KitCar mod to be released in public downloads...

Not to mention, i'm getting a mod from Rally Championship which is a secret car: Volvo 850 Wagon mod (as Welsh Sheep Wagon).

These 3 FB Pages, this shows some rally cars that came from Mobil 1 Rally Championship that he had in AC and he can probably remake Mobil 1 Rally Championship. but he missed the Micra KitCar. so i don't know where did he get these mods. either he made it or not.

There is a model called micra kitcar, but that is a Micra Andros Trophy car..... And converted from Rallysport Challenge 1 to a lot of games like rFactor1, GTR2, Assetto, GTA:SA-4-5(?), maybe for BeamNG, and everywhere called kitcar, but that is NOT a kitcar.

For the AC-RC2000 projekt you have almost all cars (triburon, Civic, felicia) in RBR, and in other games (example Loeb Rally: 97 Saxo kitcar).


The main problem is the Micra, and the Proton Satria. But maybe that car is in GTA, and mybe somebody can convert it to AC.

Luckily, a Micra KitCar mod for AC was still a public download
But what about Astra KitCar and Almera KitCar? they were seen in the photo too.

Also, the Satria is also known as Compact, and it can be replicated IF 90s Mitsubishi Mirage Rally Car mod for AC existed.
For Octavia WRC, replacing it with Fabia WRC 2005 is NO good because it's/Fabia WRC 2005 is NOT part of Mobil 1 Rally Championship.
And for CMR1, it's easy to remake in AC because there's STi 22B WRC, Evo 6 WRC, Delta Integrale GrA, Escort Cosworth GrA, Corolla WRC, Celica WRC (Bonus Car), Group B Quattro, RS200, Escort Mk2 and some Kit Cars like the Golf, Megane and Ibiza (Except for that Felicia that i wanted and is required, so i ended up replacing it with 306 Maxi).

And which discord server has the good modelled rally cars?

He meant the old Proton Satria aka Compact which was the based-on model of the 97 Mirage.
Also, the Civic model in Mobile 1 Rally Championship is VTi (aka EK9) which is 1997/1996 year model.

Patreon is better than paying for mods as long as you don't linger around and forget about it for months on end, sign up cancel, wait for something new sign up again etc.
