Assetto Corsa PC Mods General DiscussionPC

[VetteZR1]

I want to do a uninstall re-install of Asseto Corsa and Content Manager because of possible coruption. Besides my modded cars and tracks what should I back-up? I'm having trouble uninsalling Content Manager. Can't find much on Google, does anybody have a clue?

Last of the 4 bigger restoration projects I prepared over the past few months. The original car is made by AssettoDrive. I asked the owner for permission to share, but unfortunately didn't receive any response. So I copied all my updates over to the ACTK version of the car which seemed remarkably similar and is freely available. If you ever bought the original car you can copy the model and extension folder over to the S1 version.

Backup AppData\Local\AcTools Content Manager and then just delete that. No uninstalling of CM needed as its a portable program. When you have backed up and then deleted that directory you can just run CM as normal and it will be fresh

Hi, thanks 👍 Are you also planning the rework of AG's Mclaren F1 Gtr?

[Masscot]

There's a decent template in the car folder too, so hopefully some skinners will be tempted to add some liveries.

Having a little fiddle with a fictional skin - I'll leave the real-life replicas to the experts.
Edit: updated, download link a few posts down.

I also made a collection of F1 tracks some day ago. These two are only available in GPL at the moment.

Oh so we have to wait until someone converts this tracks and other like 80s Zandvoort, but hey we have got an 1976 Brands Hatch and I was looking long time for this as well.

Whether you agree with the ethics, or not, this has to be a candidate for "spectacular high-IQ dodge of the century"

[24H]

I would be for sure. Would you mind sharing?

I will share them, as soon as a have finished some more series.
So far I finished NLS 2020-2023, 24H Nürburgring 2024, 2024 GTWC.

Anything else needed? IMSA?

News about the T400R. I haven't forgotten about her. I also took the opportunity to fix some animations and the rims (they finally no longer look like Patrick Star). I will keep you updated on when the next update comes out.

IMSA would probably be a great one.

Does anyone know if there will be a convert of new Nordschleife from ACC to AC? or is it encrypted and can't be done?

Calder Park faster AI

As nobody has tried to fix the AI yet, I give it a try.

I had to make the following changes:

• GP circuit: new fast_lane + pit_lane (old files are included), additional sidelines
• Club circuit: additional sidelines
• National circuit: additional sidelines
• Thunderdome circuit (oval): additional sidelines
• Formula Drift and Open (freeroam): no changes

I have tried the new AI solution with various cars and it did work for me. Give it a try and let me know, if it works. Have fun.

We had the same idea I spent the weekend with the road courses though, the GP layout got a bit tricky for the AI in the couple tests I did, specially in the hairpin that comes right after the banking.

Unfortunately not yet, same goes for the Ford GT1... but I'm working on it.

Some time ago I saw something about a F1 1999 mod here... Are there any updates on this?

Another day, another funny AC bug:

The in-game clock has gone bonkers (and the only thing I did was install rmi's excellent Pebble Beach mod lol). Sun rises at 2pm, 11pm and it's still up.

What the f is going on lol. Do I have to reinstall pure ?

Thanks for this. Only tried the GP layout so far but managed some good races. Cheers!
