Hi lads! Does anyone have a possible fix for the problem in this pic.
Just had a blast with the 275P2 over the ‘66 Nordschleife and was a bit annoyed by the fact that some shadows are ‘stepped’ so not smooth or even, but in strips.
I hope someone knows a fix!

From that grid I see I would say you are with VR?
Unfortunately I have searched the entire internet to find a solution to the shadows (lod, antialiasing, cascading shadows), but at the moment there is nothing that can solve the problem once and for all.

The "rainbow" shadows (allow me the term) that I see in your photo, however, I have never seen them..

Unfortunately I have searched the entire internet to find a solution to the shadows (lod, antialiasing, cascading shadows), but at the moment there is nothing that can solve the problem once and for all.

The "rainbow" shadows (allow me the term) that I see in your photo, however, I have never seen them..

No I’m on a 49” curved screen. Frankly I’ve never had this issue before and it was only now that it got my attention.
It might be a ‘track only’ problem since I haven’t driven on this specific 1966 version of the Schleife before.
Maybe some weird CSP checkbox again?

Haven't driven this in a while, especially not since I switched to Pure from SOL, noticed some weird artifact on the tires:

I've only noticed it on this car and F40LM's F40 Competizione...wondering if there are some setting that might be causing it?

I am fully ready for this to be a skill issue, but I am so confused because I've driven these cars before.

This is happening with the VRC TA2 Mod and the Pessio EuroNASCAR mod. Whether setting auto-clutch on/off, H-shifter or Paddles, the car will not leave the pits. It either stalls out or just crawls out of that pits at 5mph. Is there a CM setting that I don't know about that has some kinda weird clutch settings I don't know about? I tried an old Shelby Cobra with the H-Shifter and it worked just fine. Sidekick shows that when I'm trying to accelerate out the auto clutch is like halfway pressed?

I'm so confused

Got to: CM/Settings/Custom Shaders Patch/Graphics Adjustments/Fixes for Common Content Issues and disable "Use doublesided shadows for track geometry". Hope this helps.

I found them for free 5 years ago but formatted my PC and phone to sell them in order to help my mother, but after 2 years I got a used phone and my emails no longer exist, maybe because I spent a long time without accessing them!!! I created a new email a few days ago and I would like to recover these mods since my Steam account that was linked to the email was removed and I lost all the games in the process!! These cars are good to drive and can compete with the GT3s. If anyone has these mods, I would appreciate it!!

for VRC mods that have extended physics you have to assign a button for starter , go back to to Neutral, push the starter button for a few seconds and on the accelerate pedal==> the car will start, you can put gear to 1,.

Saw one of the remaining CLR at a local car show and decided to try out how realistic the URD version is. Easily managed to get it airbourne and flipped it on Mulsanne. So yeah, realistic enough for me.

Hey, not sure if I shared this here. I made leaderboards for F1 1990 RSS and 1991 ASR seasons a while back. I found the correct font finally. I think I did but I'm not sure. I have another 1993 specific one too.

This is a combination of FIA and ESPN Speedworld leadeboards and it looks quite correct for the period. I also have leaderboards for 1994 and 1998, 2005-2007 and 1982-1988 seasons in my channel. Personally, I think these added a lot to the season atmosphere and I always have a vintage F1 season going.

They are all 100% free and no Patreon garbage.

Every leaderboard has correct driver/team information and driver photos for 1990-1993. In sync with my F1 seasons.

Download away and give 'em a shot.

PS the only downside is that they're working perfectly only on standard 1920 x 1080 resolution. If you use mega big resolution they löok small.

I came across this car mod, which gives massive stutters (frame drops from 72 to 24fps ) when I take it out on Spielberg for a quick ai race against 8 opponents with the same car...

YET it has a fairly low triangle count, 4LODS and no large skin sizes ... so not the usual suspects!

it would be super interesting if anyone could pinpoint the reason for the bad performance of this mod...

(I have a 4080s and running Q3 via link cable, and most other mods perform very well, usually when they don't, they have very high triangle count... but some like this one, do not... and I can't find out why)

Hope some guru here smarter then me can figure it out.

Hello community, first post here (even though I've been benefiting from your expertise for a long time).

I'm facing a problem that I can't get around... Since version 0.2.4 of CSP, yellow flags are no longer activated in trackday mode (as specified in the CSP log: New Modes can disable yellow and blue flags, also disabled with track day mode.

How is it possible to re enable the yellow flags for that mode? I can't find a solution to this problem, despite my research. I do see a corresponding line in the manifest.ini file for each new mode, in 'extension\lua\new-modes' under the [tweaks] section, but nothing for configuring trackday mode and reactivating yellow flags.

Can your sharper brains than mine help me? Thanks and strength to the community!

I found the issue, it's a Custom Shaders Patch bug. I downgraded to 0.1.79 and both cars worked again

Go to the General Patch Settings in the CSP section of settings and put "Awake physics in pits" to "Disabled"
