The data is likely encrypted, so probably not. I use the HastyOne data replacement for the TRR Acura, and have done some small little fixes to it as well as using CM to slap the VRC Indycar sounds on it (which match the real car a bit better than the Alfa V6 Hasty used) and it's a good enough grid filler and actually not bad to drive for a player either, but obviously that's not the same quality as a car from URD, VRC, or RSS. Hell, if LMU or AMS2 ever add this thing and we get a situation like the Valkyrie from this place with the data replacement from overtake I'd consider that a win too.I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't you essentially car clone the Alpine (as it shares the same chassis as the Acura), rename the clone Acura and then create IMSA correct skins for it.... Then just fiddle with the aero figures/car weight/engine power to balance it out compared to the competition?
Also, since I'm mentioning the big three right now, I recall a post a few pages back when the URD EGT rework was mentioned of somebody doomposting that the reworks of the old cars might require being purchased again, and seeing as that was not the case, I think it should be called out that URD are pretty real for that one. (Though maybe the guy was talking about the 2013 EGT cars, I don't actually remember.)
