Where can you find Tony Cooke's mods? He did Rover SD1 and Jaguar XJS mods that I'd be keen to check back in on.
Thank you, now I know the proper way to do this.Generic '70s helmet/head for the Nissan skyline gt-r hakosuka, paste at the end of the ext_config.

My Facebook timeline was literally plastered with his posts today, so if you have an account there you would have to be in one of the assetto corsa modding groups. My parents used to have an RS Turbo!

May I ask what are your FFB, Gain, Filter etc. settings on CM? I use that as a default launcher.
Wauw thanks, awesome!Ok, so I did redo the updates...
For those who want to try it out, here's the link:
- Transparent sun roof
- Working wipers
- Rain drops on the windows including sun roof
- Speed and gear indicators
- black window edging (is that the correct term?) visible from the inside
- Copied shifting animation from one of the Kunos cars (not perfect but better than nothing)
- Changed the driver from driver_no_HANS to driver_no_helmet in driver3d.ini
- Included the used fonts (though they might be stock ones from one of the Kunos cars, idk)

MediaFire is a simple to use free service that lets you put all your photos, documents, music, and video in a single place so you can access them anywhere and share them everywhere.www.mediafire.com
PS: the mod is still far from perfect, there are gaps between the ceiling and the sunroof, the lights on the dash are not working, I haven't fixed the mph scale, there are still rain drops inside the car, ...
oops I should have tested first ...Wauw thanks, awesome!
I repacked it and also added 2 more skins, I couldn't help myself either
the full package is now here and have sent it to Assettoland as well for update on their site.
(i didn't include the fonts, as they are indeed from a Kunos car, so I guess everyone has them)
cheers!
I wonder if getting permission from GUERILLA team we could manage to implement their tyre and suspension models with temperature physics for other AC cars as well or better yet as a global feature throughout the entirety of it affecting any kind of car instead of each one, would further evolve AC into new heights of realism to rival other simracers such as rFactor with a similar tyre physics I presume.
Someone released a mesh for Long Beach here just a few days ago.Hi guys - Does anyone have a Zwiss Mid-Ohio and/or T21/Norms Long Beach version with a proper road mesh? (Instead of what feels like billiard table smooth surface on the versions that I have.)

Yep that's him. Reckon you might do some billboards for the Silverstone track? That's the guy that did the Glendale conversion from Shift, right? Great track, and this Silverstone is really good too. Fantastic, even.

I have zw_midohio v2.1 installed and I used to have the NAGP (bumpy) version (used to because I seem to have lost it one way or anotherSomeone released a mesh for Long Beach here just a few days ago.
I use the NAGP version of Mid Ohio, which doesn't feel smooth. I'm not sure if Zwiss based his version off that or the original. Maybe @Fanapryde could confirm?
Otherwise you can have a go at this one, from THR server:I have zw_midohio v2.1 installed and I used to have the NAGP (bumpy) version (used to because I seem to have lost it one way or another).
Zwiss' version is based on the original by VLM for rFactor, converted to AC by Terra21, road mesh smoothed by NAGP, vao patch and config by @norms. Zwiss fixed a whole list and also @leBluem did some stuff.
EDIT: downloaded the track again thanks to @Breathe list, I hope it's the original bumpy version... too late now to try, but I already noticed: nagp smoothed/fixed by Assetto-fr.tk, so I fear it's not the case...
Thanks. Closed my rig for today, will DL and try tomorrow.
I deleted that file by mistake, I'm uploading a fixed version with the pit_lane.ai file in it, thx for letting me knowLooking really good, sadly the ai cars won't start the race when the lights go out (GP layout, the other layouts work properly). I just noticed there's no proper pit_lane.ai in the ai folder of the gp layout, not sure it's to do with the issue?
