Theres also SSRX which is ported from GT Sport. Though i don't know if i wouldn't count that as a drag track since its a large oval. But it would make up for the races using cars that is 2500+ BHP.

& yes im not kidding, its ported to AC. Go check Breathe's track listing. You'll find it in the Fictive section.
TBH thats one of the tracks that was in my wishlist of 10 tracks that would have been ported to AC alongside Tokyo R246.

Wanted to share something I found out about this weekend that I was excited about!

If anyone runs the ACTV Competizione app, you can put logos for each individual team. All you have to do is take the logo.png file you'd like and put it in in the individual skin folder. Very handy for when you're running all the same car and still want a visual representation of each team, such as the RSS 2022 Hybrid race that I ran below.

right after a hiatus to recharge im back on the horse. i want to finish the ultima gtr-2 for the RSSGT pack. @El Locho did a wiper config so all that remains as far as I'm aware is sorting the small patch of rain coming into the cockpit. would anyone bee willing to sort out the cockpit_hr which currently doesnt exist as this may fix the issue unless someone can shed some light?

Cockpit_hr is simply an empty (or dummy, or null) that tells the game engine what objects are inside the car. It is needed in order for rain to work fine and it's very simple to add: in any 3d software a dummy, name it cockpit_hr and then parent every object that is inside of the car to it. The pipeline should have all the informations needed for its orientation

Just what I did for personal use to make a bit nicer, would be happy if it is useful for others as well.

• Note: You should be able to copy the files straight into you assetto corsa folder as long as you have the track installed. It will ask to override - backup your track if you want to keep the original files.

I tried a new way to apply grassFX - if you might try the track please let me know if it works.
Grass should be quite lush to hide the original ground texture.

Love this era. The bug bit me watching the Sebring 1999 replay. All we are missing now is the R&S MKIII that looks similar to the F333.

Blender should be pretty quick to install and adding a null in blender actually takes 10 seconds

I think you have to download the version from this post first, then apply the download you already have.

I have a question on your extensions. in the ext_config.in, you have a bunch of files set as active = 0. why is that?

I try to keep the same file structure from one extension to another (I work on each part of the extension sequentially, one file at a time and using the same base ext-config.ini file ensures nothing is forgotten)
Sometimes some sub-files (like the ones you see on your screenshot) are not needed that's why they are inactive.

For those who don't care about cars in the "minimum details", that is, technically "perfect", follow the link of the Gulf-Mirage (M6 and Gr7 from 1973 and 1974) as close as I could, just to have fun with others cars that already exist (real and perfect), like the Ferrari 312PB, Alfa Romeo 33tt12, Porsche 911 Carrera and others.

It was made over a 312bp and the inclusion of parts from other cars to get as close to the original versions of the time.

Dauer 962 roof, gas cap and door modeling in progress. Decided to model this since the mod felt off without these the car should be complete after these visual updates. Will add headlight covers and tow hook covers as well since they were missing in the original mod.. But putting the roof on will probably be a nightmare lol.

The car's rear end got moved a bit it should be a bit more accurate now and the car now wears street tires finally. The front got updated as well it now shouldn't look like a bunch of planes cobbled together. and should look a bit more smooth...
Might add a suspension adjuster too since the IRL one has it if its possible at all in ac.

Went back to the drawing board on the Cadwell Park skin, but I need some help. There was so much blue and other odd colors in some of the grass areas that I took 3+ hours to go over the entire overhead image with a fine tooth comb to try and eliminate all of them. I need some new eyes to look at it and tell me if I missed any obvious spots because i'm burned out. This is very much a new first draft so don't expect great colors. The overly yellow-green look is back, but i'll deal with that once i'm sure I got most of the blue grass out of the way. I'll also work on the color depth, brightness, etc. as well.

Cadwell Park track skin v1.1

The package includes both the skin and configs for both Cadwell and Cadwell 2022. You don't need the configs, but there are some minor fixes in them for some materials I found in my testing that spawned grass but shouldn't, like the helipad and walkway by the s\f line. As before, credits go to @RMi_wood, @Blamer and @Masscot for the configs.

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to have a look and let me know if you see any blue grass spots or other odd grass colors.

I do not recall seeing it with the universal numberplate pack on RD and wanted to modify some skins to fit the series if at all possible.
