I was about to post it here.
We've got a few projects on the oven too, the "Le Mans Prototypes - 1966" car pack and a 1956 Renault Etoile Filante.

The 66 pack will include the Ford and Ferrari from the pack but we are focusing on the less known cars first and a few "what if"

We started with the Chaparral 2D, 3 versions are planned all quite unique:

All the cars are scratch made, and will be released for free. We want peoples to use them for online races and in the leagues we are in.

On the side note, the past 2 years, I've been (Machina here) working on a mega car pack of completely reworked existing mods and new conversions.
I will start to release the car in mini packs too here instead of a big pack of +40 cars like it was originally planed.

These are hot. If I ever get round to firing up my sim rig i'm gonna take this straight up to Bathurst with these liveries
 
Anyone ever come across in replays parts of the driver, like flick out outside of the car? Hard to explain, but happens with even kunos cars, not sure if its the custom replays lods or CSP loids or some weird setting in CSP i've clicked.

Also in replays some cars are like a bit grey, then suddenly flick into full colour, again i think its something to do with replay lods.

I run pretty much max setting everywhere, so not sure what it is, other than vanilla it doesn't happen.

Ah yes, the Renault Etoile Filante. I made one in game already with a working gas turbine, but needs dials finishing. You guys will probably finish it before I do, so maybe I'll just do a skin or two for it. Looking forward to all the cars your working on regardless, especially the Chaparral 2D.

The XK8 needs a lot of work. The car surprisingly doesn't feature in many games at all, and all models seem to be at least 15 years old. I will come around to finishing it at some point though as its in game with the physics done. Maybe I'll put a test mule up soon to iron out any kinks.

The W12 is a terrible tbh needs a lot of work. On a plus note another modder has got what seems a better quality one and should be releasing soon. His name is Daniel Si Young I think he's on Facebook, sure someone can link here. I cant remember how to spell it correctly, just popped up on my feed.

Yeah I was going to say last time I saw it in a game with a cockpit was likely the original Test Drive Unlimited?

Either way, as long as it's usable the quality doesn't matter too much to me really, I'd take having a poor unfinished one over none at all.

Assetto is basically Pokemon for me, I just like having the collection, haha!

If they're paid for I wouldn't even mind frankly given the rarity of seeing them in games.

If you can make the headlights/taillights and windows use a separate glass texture (e.g. Windows use glass.dds, headlights use glass_1.dds and taillights use glass _2.dds) it would be great

Could someone help me because this is happening, when I try to load a ".car" file from GTR2 so I can later try to do my conversions? I think my "mind" isn't right as I can't visualize the problem. Follow the print.


Solved the problem, deleted everything, and reinstalled the program.

but I think with the potential of the forum modders and some other advice, something great can come out.
If you are still unsure whether to download it or not, you can take a look at the video (although I think it is still worth a try).

CSP Wipers for various ATCC Group C cars

There are a number of fun cars in this class posted over at ACTK Garage, but alas no working wipers. The attached file contains CSP wipers for these cars:

I also tried the car. drives and sounds great. Needs a little work. But this definitely shows promise.
