I could go for an 80's car yep, I was lurking at a few of that period. Not the Maestro sorry, but i'll keep it in mind. How about the MG Maestro from the 1980s?
Went head-to-head with the Ford Escort XR3i... one of the first digital dashboards... talking computer... and slap an arse on it and you have 95% of the MG Montego too.
And it's never once appeared in a videogame or sim, to the best of my knowledge.
Also, the first car I ever bought as a teenager.

Not my think, sorry ^^ But considering the popularity of it, I wouldn't be surprised if it happen soon.Sorry to hijack but someone needs to do this for AC. Complete with air brakes etc... 😍

I have the 3d model, already in game, needs an interior (borrowed one from a countach)

Third car, third italian, third 1965... Yes, I AM passionate by them, 'specially the Bizz's, litterally the only brand I have a whole collector's book about, but maybe it would be good to change a bit, so why not asking directly for ideas, hey.How about sticking with the classic Italian theme?

Either way, just make sure you choose something you are passionate about!
no bugs, I took a picture while the racelogic timer was running+ the Racelogic gadget seems buggy
joking
How about Ford GT40 GT 2010. The only GT1 car we don't have a quality looking mod for. There is an old mod out there, but it is realy bad.Talking about it, I have to admit I do not have any project in the book anymore, so... Guys, I'm open to suggestion![]()
Am I wrong or there was a model in BEM's unfinished mod pack? If it's not too bad it might be worth a tryHow about Ford GT40 GT 2010. The only GT1 car we don't have a quality looking mod for. There is an old mod out there, but it is realy bad.

That was the GT3 version of the Ford GT. It's actually not a halfway bad car, but that's because the physics are from the Kunos Audi R8 LMS, but at least it drives, unlike some mods in the pack. Decent amount of skins too, good for grid filler.Am I wrong or there was a model in BEM's unfinished mod pack? If it's not too bad it might be worth a try

GTSupreme made an updated version of the original and very bad GT1 version of the car, it's part of their big "FIA GT Megapack". Better than nothing for now I suppose. At least I can manage to get it around the track, which is an improvement. How about Ford GT40 GT 2010. The only GT1 car we don't have a quality looking mod for. hi guys,
I made a fictional mod/tune based on Blaze's Saab 9-3 Turbo X (found here)
and here my version (drag&drop in CM , will not overwrite original car, but installs as a child)
What I did in this mod:
- added skins* & tweaked some interior texture settings
- RWD instead of AWD (or best to keep it AWD , please let me know your thoughts what is best for track/cup? )
- raised the car a bit so the wheels don't hit the chassis anymore when turning (as was the case with Blaze's original)
- 10% increase in torque , little bit extra turbo & power
- limiter allows higher rpm (up to 7000rpm, but introduced engine damage as of 6800rpm, so be careful not to push it too much)
There's 2 issues still I would like to fix with your help:
1) ai pits after 1 lap ...
2) brake lights are not visible in the game (they are correct in CM Showroom) ??

yes they are, just the ones in the mail that are broken![]()
🤣 my bad, im old and slow...as you undoubtedly knowI could go for an 80's car yep, I was lurking at a few of that period. Not the Maestro sorry, but i'll keep it in mind.
Not my think, sorry ^^ But considering the popularity of it, I wouldn't be surprised if it happen soon.
Remember when I told you I would have a look at it ?
Yep, that was a few months ago... Still waiting for a link
(PS : from the look of it, it needs more than an interior...)
Third car, third italian, third 1965... Yes, I AM passionate by them, 'specially the Bizz's, litterally the only brand I have a whole collector's book about, but maybe it would be good to change a bit, so why not asking directly for ideas, hey.
The Poll wasn't a bad idea, in fact.
Here is what I had in mind as of now. Yep, lot's of 65/70's, I know, but if something gets litterally the whole votes I guess it would be a good motivation source

Links updated with new versions. No changes so this update is probably of no use to 99% of the people here.Spa Vintage Track Updates:
These are my updates to all three versions of the Spa Vintage tracks. They are all full stand alone tracks because it was suggested that I do it this way instead of config\track skin mods.
All versions now have a vao patch, animated flags, working clock tower and new grass and tree textures. They also have two additional track skins that get a progressively bluer tint and less saturation. The skins also have only the files I altered from the original so you can edit them to make a skin that fits your liking. There are also new ext_configs for each track that add seasonal changes, some shader adjustments and a few other things.
Explanation about each one so you know which one to download. They each represent a specific version of the track:
Spa-Francorchamps 1938:
Spa-Francorchamps 1938
-- Based on the Spa_Faux_Pre_War version. All credits for the track go to Legion.
-- Additions include all things listed above plus removal of floating flag poles that had no flags and scaling of flag poles that were floating off the ground. Plus I added collision physics to most of the haybales. Some I left without to help with AI behavior. All other things about the track are the same as the original.
Spa-Francorchamps 1966:
Spa-Francorchamps 1966
-- Based on the Spa_1966 version. All credits for the track go to the Reboot Team.
-- Additions include all things listed above plus collision physics to most haybales. Some I left without to help with AI behavior. Also included the Spa 1966 AI done by Parri. The original AI is still included in the ai_original and data_original folders. Just rename them to ai and data to revert back to the original AI behavior. All other things about the track are the same as the original.
Spa-Francorchamps 1934 & 1966:
Spa-Francorchamps 1934 & 66
-- Based on the Spa_THR version. All credits for the track go to the Reboot Team and Waffles for the THR updates.
-- Additions include all things listed above plus a new AI line for the 1934 layout done by me. The original AI was unusable. It was my first attempt at an AI line so don't expect perfection. All other things about the track are the same as the original.
Please point out any and all mistakes. I'm sure there are a few. Was kind of hard managing three versions of the same track. I was never sure if I made the same changes on all three tracks.

A Ralt RT4 would be great, a lower class from the past, that was used on a worldwide scale, that is so much in need of coming out of the shadows.Talking about it, I have to admit I do not have any project in the book anymore, so... Guys, I'm open to suggestion![]()
I dare not say what my first car was then lolwow. you're old![]()
Legend as ever, thank you so muchLinks updated with new versions. No changes so this update is probably of no use to 99% of the people here.
-- Corrected the main kn5 file name to match the track folder name for anyone who still uses the base game. I never knew that was a requirement until recently for non-CSP users. I should have done this ages ago but have been putting it off until now. No promises on how the track will look in the base game seeing as it was designed for CSP.
A legend would have done it right to begin with.Legend as ever, thank you so much![]()
You're right. Why did you make it a RWD!? That's almost sacrilegious! Afaik Saab never made a RWD, always FWD's, except some AWD's on selected models during later years (which Saab called XWD, for Cross Wheel Drive). I think I'll stick with the original mod....
You're right, their is. The one on the left is BE_Modding's GT1 and the right is Assetto Garage/GT Supreme's GT1. BE_Modding's GT1 can use some work, physics and stuff, especially the AI. Honestly Be moddings Ford GT looks more accurate, size and visual wise, e.g. the bigger wing.Am I wrong or there was a model in BEM's unfinished mod pack? If it's not too bad it might be worth a try

There is no exclusivity. He is one of the skinners that make the release skins for RSS. He gets the car early so he makes his own skins as well. Anyone can make skins for any of the RSS cars. There is nothing stinky about any of it.Does Marco17 have some kind of exclusivity with RSS for official F1 liveries? I was searching for skins for the 2010 V8 Formula mod and was surprised to only find a Ferrari pack and a few fantasy skins. Only to find that Marco17 has a full skin pack good to go on his Patreon?
I think this happened with the last one too, 1986. Smells stinky
Oh my, that is an extremely hard decision to make, i would love to see all of them, though if i would vote for other cars i would want to see anything between an Austin Healey Le Mans Sprite, Ferrari 365 P2 White Elephant or a Bizzarrini P538I could go for an 80's car yep, I was lurking at a few of that period. Not the Maestro sorry, but i'll keep it in mind.

Almost suggested this very car myself instead of the MG Maestro. Good choice. If I may make a suggestion, I'd so love to see a Ginetta G12 in AC one day.
