...but it can get a bit messy with cars in multiple places or if you have a car that has a tuned version or track version, whatever, that would normally have a parent as you are using the parent feature to organise into series or categories when done like above.I founda way to organize by category into Content Manager, that follow the AMS2-PC2 categories

because 7 is more than 5How come people rip cars from GT7 but cannot for GT5?
The closest we've got...
yeah but it's not the size that matters, it's the......... Wait no it can't apply here 5 is bigger than 7 in this case car pool wise.because 7 is more than 5
The PS3 had really weird processing and architecture that made it a nightmare to develop for compared to PC or the Xbox 360. More recent Sony consoles have been based on more typical PC architecture though. That might have something to do with it.How come people rip cars from GT7 but cannot for GT5?
Not really, we are talking about unpacking game files and reverse engineering Polyphony proprietary file format, not the game executable which is what you're talking about. The PS3 had really weird processing and architecture that made it a nightmare to develop for compared to PC or the Xbox 360. The GT5 cars can be ripped without any issues. You just need to ask in the ACMP or AutoWork Discords for someone to do it, or grab the ripper yourself and do it. People are mainly ripping GT7 models because of their higher quality. How come people rip cars from GT7 but cannot for GT5?
I want to rip the F2007 from GT5The GT5 cars can be ripped without any issues. You just need to ask in theACMP or AutoWork Discords for someone to do it, or grab the ripper yourself and do it. People are mainly ripping GT7 models because of their higher quality.
No idea, People point to an website that i have absolutely no clue how it works might be just better to ask in here or here. Their discord's are mainly focused on ripping game content.I want to rip the F2007 from GT5
If possible i want to learn myself how to rip. You know, the old tale of giving a fish vs making the dude learn how to fish. Do you know where I can find that ripper?
Doesn’t VRC already have a really good free F2007?I want to rip the F2007 from GT5

Thanks, will reach up to them
Yess, although their latest on is encrypted and can't do anything in it, it lacks the great glossy red paint the F2007 had, And the tyres doesn't look to great but since it's encrypted I can't change them.Doesn’t VRC already have a really good free F2007?
I still dream of a properly made Fiesta MK8 🥺GT5 cars that would be cool to see in AC

Never mind the Mk8, where is a good Mk2 XR2 in the whole sim racing universe?I still dream of a properly made Fiesta MK8 🥺
Idk, They look fine to me. But luckily they are unencrypted so you can provide the "better" versions to us....right?The quality of the models is beyond question, but the rest is not quite as good.
Sadly no interior!GT5 indeed had some nice cars...pictures are not the best

Assetto Corsa EvoHey something different for a change... drag your arses to this thread and tell me what other sims you drive. I'm genuinely interested.
For me it's always the same story: Whenever a new sim comes out, I'll buy it like a stupid sheep. I also buy all DLC's for the sims that I don't particularly care like AMS2. I think I have all classic tracks because I want to support the project. I really respect what they have done with classic F1. I just don't like how AMS2 drives. I always thought AMS1 drove better and felt better. Of course I play my own AC seasons a lot and I think AC is a superior plattform for classic F1.
The only sim I completely gave up is iRacing and I unsubscribed. Not because I didn't enjoy the online races...

This is my AC dream. I've always been fond of the late 90s-early 00s Fords for some weird reason; maybe because I grew up with 'em, idk, but the Cougar and Puma (which we already have) were my favsI still dream of a properly made Fiesta MK8 🥺
