Sorry for replying to a thing a few months old but I just found this and it looks beautiful! yet I can't get it to work like many others I've had the "blue room" result and no matter what I do that I've read here with the content manager settings, or downgrading my csp to the version you recommended I still get the blue room thing.. any help??

You need to live with that, since the showroom is encrypted, meaning you always see everything in blue. Small hint, press "W" in showroom, so you see the wireframe of the car, makes it a little bit easier to navigate.

But what do you mean by that?

This is how the showroom looks like and the preview in the files is the same blue room.. What do the wireframes with "w" have to do with this?

I doubt it , and don t compare GT7 , they are using a special stuff in optimising in game High poly models which we don t have in AC .

anyway , you seems to be a pro into Game models in general , I will not waste my time here !

Does anyone know of a solution to a odd problem where the F6 cameras make the car's audio muffled, and quiet? It seems to happen on all the RSS cars, but I think it also happens with other cars.

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with CSP.
 
Anyone know why with the latest 0.3.342 CSP it doubles your CPU and GPU usage in VR to over 120% when before on 0.2.12 it was about 50% GPU and 40% CPU usage. Is there any settings that could be causing this. Many thanks. Not touched any settings.

with muffled you mean that by switching cameras the audio goes away totally for few milliseconds and then came back? If yes, it happens with all the cars i tested. Is a CSP issue almost for sure...
 
It is just me or previews are broken once again? Im getting weird reflection in csp 0.3 342 vs 322

Edit:
Nevermind, someone on reddit said it is known reflection bug with the most recent CSP and also occurs during gameplay which I didn't notice.

A few months ago, I set up a custom championship, "FIA GT '03," using the RSS mod "fia gt legend champions."
I've now installed csp 0.3.0p338. I wanted to run the championship, but I noticed that, for no reason, the sound of the cars on the track is completely compromised... What happened?

I installed csp0.3.0p342, but the problem still persists. Can someone explain what might have happened? Thanks a lot.

When you select F6 camera the audio swith to external audio, it's a CSP bug, as a workaround you must open camera settings app and select F6 camera and then click on internal audio to swap it to the correct output for that camera, problem is you need to do this at every session

Yes showroom looks blue due to encryption. Why bother? What do you want to do? If you want to create your own preview with this showroom, you may press W to see the wireframe to make it a little bit easier to navigate the camera since then the blue-ish image is at least not visible. If you don´t like the showroom, use another one which is not encrypted. Otherwise, use the preset from 24h and generate the preview.

Whut? When did this got a silent update in the game? It's on every Nordschleife version from Kunos (also in the Pyyer extensions and in the default ones) It changed from Yokohama to Xiaomi this year I believe.. never thought this would be updated in AC! :cheers:

Sorry to quote this old post of yours, but how did you manage to get the Xiaomi banner update? My track (the Tourist and full Nordschleife layouts) are still displaying the Yokohama banner on that bridge.

Is there an ext_config oode that allow you to hide object only in cockpit view? The front wheels can be seen clipping in cockpit view. Using the [MODEL_REPLACEMENT_...] code will hide the front wheels in every view including 3rd person.

I can remodel the car, but it looks okay in 3rd person view, so I just want to hide the wheels in cockpit view only. Sorry if this question had already been answered I've been searching through the forums archives for a long while.

Should be done automaticly but in case its not, its in CSP setting, Tracks Configs, 3 dots a the top right corner, install.
 
So now I have finally found another most wanted car, the FIAGT - TVR Cerbera I see that it has no matching sound and also the wipers don't work. So my humble question if someone can recommend better, realistic sound and most of all can make the wipers work. Seriously - what an amazing car - but with no working wipers and no matching sound!? Thx if experts can pls have a look.

Hello, on the new RSS Bayer I6 is there any way to adapt the tonemapping code from Peter Boese to fix the washed out CAS mirror?
The code fixes the same issue that was present on previous GT-M cars, but RSS seems to haved changed the CAS code to V2 with this Bayer, so I don't really know how to adapt it/ where to put it.

Those mirror displays actually need a tonemapping with Pure:

The original NSX NC1 rear over hang is around 855mm afaik (i might be wrong so please correct me), The Super GT NSX rear overhang must be around 1000mm. this reminds me of this nsx gt that were made for super gt homologation where honda extended the rear bumper.

Not just the rear but also wheelbase the original NSX is around 2630mm similar to 488 or huracan, A Super GT car from 2014 until now if i remember correctly the wheelbase is in 2750mm which is a 100+mm from its original road car.

i really hope this explained, also sorry about my terrible English.

its probably because of the dimension regulation stuff

Doesn't make a difference for me, it's still muffled and quiet.

Edit: I just tried VRC's F6 bug fix, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
