When you select F6 camera the audio swith to external audio, it's a CSP bug, as a workaround you must open camera settings app and select F6 camera and then click on internal audio to swap it to the correct output for that camera, problem is you need to do this at every session

Doesn't make a difference for me, it's still muffled and quiet.

Edit: I just tried VRC's F6 bug fix, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

It's an CSP thing, For some reason Ilja decided to force that terrrible texture on every single Kunos GT3 car, You can disabled it by deleting the following file gt3_tryes_kunos.ini inside assettocorsa > extensions > config > cars > common

personally i recommend just renaming it to old_gt_tyres_kunos_ini just in case.

Forgot to mention that you need to also go into
assettocorsa > extensions > config > cars > loaded and find certain cars .ini files and remove the following

[TYRES_FX_CUSTOMTEXTURE_S]
TXDIFFUSE=cars\ks_mercedes_amg_gt3.zip::S.dds
TXBLUR=cars\ks_mercedes_amg_gt3.zip::S_Blur.dds

Just remove all of them S M & H

Edit: that worked for the Ferrari but i just tried the 2 kunos gt3 audi's and they have the same problem as the ferrari........is there another file to delete?. the Lambo is ok it just seems to be the 2 gt3 Audi's

edit edit edit** i figured out why they were forced on the Audi's

The pictures explain it incase anyone else has this issue

delete the highlighted code in both car files and problem solved

Has anyone else had this problem with the latest versions of CSP? The game freezes, the CPU message appears, and the latency graph goes crazy.

It doesn't happen with all cars, but with F302 cars for example, it happens with all of them.

I think I'll go back to CSP 0.2.12... VR Performance is also worse since I switched to versions 0.3.XX

Yes. I don’t know what’s wrong with the newer 0.3.??? Versions. Vr performance is dreadful 2 to 3 times more demanding than 0.2.12. I thought it was supposed to be far better.

I updated to 0.3 to avoid compatibility issues with new mods, but I think I'll go back to 0.2.12 then.

I've tried everything, even lowering the graphics as much as possible, and I'm still having those problems with the game freezing with random cars and much worse performance overall.

I installed csp0.3.0p342, but the problem still persists. Can someone explain what might have happened? Thanks a lot.

I deleted the old custom championship, set up 3 months ago, reinstalled csp 0.3.0p338 and reset the championship: same car mods (rss gt pack), same tracks etc. I still have the same problem: on the track the car sound is compromised, it sounds like a tractor (I never had this problem with the old csp 0.2.0 three months ago). Does anyone know what happened? Thanks 😓🙄

Help: Black Grass Bug on Red Bull Ring

Hey guys, is anyone else getting this weird black grass texture bug on the Red Bull Ring? (See 1st Attached Image)

It's only happening on this specific track for me. I'm on the latest CSP. I already tried deleting the track's extension folder to reset the config, but it didn't fix it.

Does anyone know if this is a VAO patch issue, or if there's a specific line in the settings I need to disable? Any help is appreciated!

Hi Peter, thanks for taking the time to reply!

I tried clearing the VAO patches and doing a reinstall like you suggested, but unfortunately, the black grass is still stubbornly holding on. I really appreciate the pointers, though. I'm going to spend some time tweaking my CSP/Pure settings one by one to see if I can isolate exactly which setting is the culprit.

I'll post an update here if I manage to track it down so it helps anyone else who runs into this. Thanks again for the incredible work on Pure!

TRP sucks completely, not worth playing any of their mods, huge waste of money also. Yours is better. They have a weird new to f1 fans base it seems, like verstappen and Norris fanboys... they never even watched the 1998 to 2013 era, and never played Grand Prix 4 and its 2006 era modded cars. I think they base their oppinions on how more modern f1 cars feel. you can find their mods on reddit and delete straight after testing, terriblly huge file sizes, absolutely pointless 8k textures.. blah blah
