Any non-patreon links? I know joining is free, but FFS free content on patreon should not force you to sign up just to massage the ego of the ripper. Giving away personal details is never 'free'.
Why does every modder these days seem to think they're the CEO of a corporation?
Shi does it correctly and non-invasively, so it can be done.
You are on the internet, Your information has already been sold to Isreal so why complain? You are even on discord. Complaining about this is completely pointless. Eitherway Link

I will make some comparison with the NMS car because I literally just drove that.

I don't use VR any more so no comment on cockpit niceties, I thought the dash you can see in normal cockpit view looks nicer than NMS's. I am assuming the display under the tach not working is known? Exterior looks nice. The driving dynamics feels pretty fun, though default setup is very loose so I ended up have to make big swing in setup to make it driveable. I think the pace feels more realistic but NMS's Patreon did say he tried to balance his with the GTN cars. The engine sounds great. Nice BMW I-6 roar. Enjoyed the drive. Look forward to the finished item.
In the folder, there are two files—BMW_F302.png, etc.—that go into the 'fonts' folder.

Is there an AI line that works for lilski Road America that doesn't have a plane crash every time AI get to the kink?
I think it depends on which cars, like at a few tracks. Was racing there in Radical SR10s at the weekend and all was fine.
Take them to some other tracks though and they're suicidal.

quick rework and added number 43 credit to @VicKinG for the OG skin, if the pattern was not already done i would not of done this skin.

last skin from me for the F302 version

I am mostly trying out the RSS FIA GT cars, mixed with a few random GT1 cars.

One of the feedback on the F302 E46 M3 GTR, not a big deal at all but, notices this in the screenshot and replay....

I have been doing both F302 and ACF and i believe the overall model of F302 is better in terms of more poly e.t.c, but there are some glaring issues with F302 version mainly the window trim on the outside and the inside screen is pretty bad it looks weird also you can remove the rear splitter on the ACF one easily and the mapping seems a little better on ACF. You can also remove the window tint under the sunstrip on ACF and black the spoiler supports. I understand that this is minor but as a skinner these things matter to me.

I have personally decided to go with the ACF version as you can do more with it overall even though its lower poly e.t.c

@Fall Guy you were correct.

Yeh it gives me Panoz vibes for sure, i will be having a go at these skins but there probably next week's work.

funnily enough i came across the same car yesterday randomly

any more skins will be done for ACF version from now on i cannot touch F302 version to much wrong with it that matters to me.

Defending bad behaviour will only encourage further bad behaviour.
Well, I think it’s not as if he was defending bad behavior; rather, he was stating an irrefutable fact, like how, no matter how much we try to avoid it (and I include myself), the moment we accept ANY cookie on ANY website, we’ve already sold our souls to the devil... or that Assetto Corsa is the Damn Greatest Racing Simulator in the Entire World and All Times, an absolute, total, and irreversibly true fact...

It's from the need for speed shift games. Supposedly @ItsHords is going to work on a proper one after him & Nuvo finishes their 993 GT2 car.
Hello, maybe.

Unfortunately, with the way the AC community is heading right now, I have no intention of making the 993 GT2 public, nor the C4, E36 GTR, Lister GTL, or the Courage C63 that we were working on. Which is a shame, because we were working on several variants of the 993 GT2: the GT2, GT2 Evo, GT2 R, GT2 RSR, and more, all with the proper aero packages. We were talking roughly 10+ rear wings alone, 5+ front bumpers, and 4–5 different body styles. Seriously, look up the 993 GT2 the number of variants that car had is absolutely insane.

But this community just no longer deserves that kind of effort. I'm not RSS, URD, or VRC, so I can't afford to spend my entire income on a lawyer just to stop low-life losers from decrypting our work. I'm just going to commission these projects for myself and maybe release them in the future when Ilja gets off his $2 million yacht and starts working on encryption that can't be decrypted with ChatGPT in two seconds. (Not even a joke—it's genuinely that easy to break the current encryption.)

I am, however, still going to release the V2 update for the Saleen sometime this year. We've finally finalized the physics, which are going to completely transform the car compared to the release version. It's also getting some new CSP extensions so it can properly represent some of the earlier events the real car competed in. :)

Peace.

My point, my ONLY point, was that nobody should be forced to sign up to a Patreon just to download a free mod. I absolutely, positively wish I'd never bothered.

And I agree with you, it shouldn't be like this, I too would like all this to be easier, and everyone should respect each other's work, and creators should be able to make a living from their creations, etc., etc... in an ideal world...

But in the end, in the real world, we all make our own choices, whether we like them or not, like accepting cookies in order to read an article or download something, or sharing mods freely or putting behind a paywall, or being a complete jerk and profiting from other people's work, or simply stopping sharing our creations because of a rotter, as ItsHords just told us, which is a shame... but it's his decision and we have to accept it, just as we have to "accept" (because it's inevitable, like death or taxes) that people will continue using paywalls, or that, unfortunately, some will continue stealing work.

Do I like it this way? No, of course not, but it is what it is, and we have to keep living... 🙄

Peace and Love, friends...

Hey RacingManiac, I've shared my Road America lines/hints (backup other lines/hints incase you switch back) I know there's probably a few out there but I figured I'd shared mine anyway

I appreciate any feedback incase there is any problems, Take care!!
Gave this a shot, I still see the same issue with pretty much any AI line, and I am not sure if its how AC implement AI or anything. I think when they are in traffic going through the kink, they don't try to lift or slow down through the kink, and they understeer off into the runoff and either snap oversteer across the track or they just fully went off into the wall. If I try following any AI within some range they do that. When you drive yourself that corner is on the limit for most GT cars. I dunno if it might be better if they just go slower through there or if they be less reactive to try to go faster when someone is behind them...

Might almost be something to fix for the track and have more run off or less grip drop off past the curbing so AI can not just drive themselves off the road....
