Got BF2 just two days ago, struggled to open up all the damn ports on my router to get it working online, but after about 5 crashes, it all worked. Hurrah!
Played 3 v. intense battles now online. Freaking love Top Gun style dogfights over mountain ranges, with the constant ringing of missle lock echoing throughout my room, sending the jet through quite physically improbable spins and rotations to avoid the barrage of machine gun fire and missles. Did quite a nice victory flight upside down through a friendly base with the cockpit just scraping the floor, after winning quite a heated fight with an F15.
Seriously, i laugh a lot whilst flying around in this game and i do like flying through small gaps... sideways. There's just so much amusing stuff that happens during dog fights. So if you ever see someone with the sn
<hr>donbenni flying near you, then run, or fly, away. Fast.
Decided that i quite like being a sniper every now and then too. After 20 mins of intense combat, the thought of setting up shop in a nice spinney ontop of a hill just outside a flag and doing a vast amount of enemy spotting and shooting. Gotta love the anti infantry mines too. Great for covering all the obvious roots to your hidey hole.
10/10. Seriously, can't find anything i dislike yet. It's been 100% fun. Even the players are generally quite nice and good and like to work as teams. So, it's all good.
Let's get a GTP game set up as iceman says.
