Am I the only one that positively hates the Mini-Uzi?
What a piece of crap. Played a few matches today, tried to use it, only good for getting myself killed.

If it was on the field as it's shown in the stats, it'd be a great weapon. As it is, it's worthless...

Use the silencer, Stopping Power and Steady Aim. Replace stopping power with UAV J or SoH and it's not bad on HC matches . And I think that gun with the ACOG is one of rarest weapon combos. That and ACOG'd Dragunov.

Also, you should get on.

You're not the only one... not long ago I was complaining how hard it was to kill people with it, let alone get headshots with it for the golden one.

My favorite setup now is a Silenced MP5 with an ACOG'd Barrett .50, Claymore, Overkill, Steady Aim. For Hardcore TD of course.

Hmm my fav weapon is teh dragunov with ACOG scope and probably the mp5 silenced. Ive almost got all my gold guns on my second account exept the uzi damn its taken a long time. And its gotta be hardcore its more realistic its 1or 5 bullet kill not wasting a whole mag on 1 guy eh?

It only takes a quick burst with most guns in normal, i agree hardcores more real though. I also believe it allows more diversity as normal means stopping power is heavily used putting some perks into the realm of pointlessness on the whole, hardcore allows those perks to become more useful, notably UAV jammer, useful in normal accept in the heaviest of battles, priceless in hardcore.

My setup for hardcore consists on G3 with RDS, UAV Jammer and Deep Impact (Deep Penetration for some) for maps with more medium or long shooting, and silenced MP5/AK-74u with Stopping Power/UAV Jammer and Deep Impact for maps with closer shooting.
Also occasionally, the M4.


Just played a few matches with G.T tonight for the first time, and although I naturally suck, had big lag in every match to help my suckyness.
G.T was doing great in every match, especially the last one on Bog, where he went 23-1. 👍

Thankfully I rose my ratio to 2.25 not long after.

Found myself a new weapon of choice, the legendary accuracy monster that is the Skorpion silenced with stopping power, bandolier (< duh) and steady aim. The things a beast, so far I've had 38 kills 5 deaths then 27 kills 7 deaths . Using stopping power to make it more useful V groups. Distance shots to be made in bursts to reduce reloading. Only downside is the irons arent to clear but doesnt take long to adjust and when you can move and shoot like you can with this, who cares?

I think i've settled for now with an M14 with Claymores, UAV Jammer, and Steady Aim. Alternate with an M249 with a Grip, UAV Jammer, and Steady Aim. Got 2 10 kill streaks and 1 15 kill streak with the SAW configuration.

My ratios began to slowly climb again (and 50 kills 5 deaths sabotage wit my Skorpion helped that alot).

Blackbird, do you find the M14 the most useless weapon with lag or is it me? For some reason that guns great with no lag, but if there's just a hint of lag it becomes completely useless.

I remember when I used the M14 (or even G3) a lot. When there is slight lag trying to shoot someone running across the screen becomes very difficult. That's why I don't use it anymore, despite it still being one of my favourite guns.

Dragonistic & G.T.: Yes the gun does become very difficult to use when there's some lag in a match but I usually adjust once I realize I can't aim normally at someone running horizontally. But lately I've been using the SAW setup I described above and it's proven a lethal gun. Most people don't like using the iron sights but I find the grip irreplaceable since it nearly maxes out the SAW's accuracy, making it VERY potent.

Try the M16. This gun is one of the first ones you can choose. Go with this one. Even though it is not as powerful as the AK47, it still will kill you with one burst from ANY range (w/ stopping power of course), if you get them in the upper torso (not a hard target). Try M16A4 with Claymores, Stopping Power, and Dead Silence - you will absolutely dominate - I've gone more than 30 kills every time I play TDM. Only you have to get Dead Silence (unlocked at LVL 44) - a small price to pay for domination.

Yep, the M16 is my main weapon. Gets rid of most of the across screen lag problems you get with the M14, and is almost as powerful. Just weaker at shorter range, unfortuntely.

This is a score I got with my mate earlier - incredible really, even my friend was saying when he was on the opposing team and tried to shoot me I just wouldn't die - the shots were going through me even while I was standing still. Make sense because I could barge into a room with 3 people shooting me at once and I can manage to kill 2 or all of them! Rarely ever happens.

Lol, i hate when i'm up against someone like that, although it happens rarely. Sometimes though one person just won't die no matter what, I've even used a Barrett with stopping power and took 4 shots at one guy all registered hits but no kill!

Anyway as mention the M16 is a fantastic weapon, awesome at medium/long range with the RDS equipped, i see no need for dead silence though, steady aim serves me better as it makes the M16 ok up close to.

Hmm I don't seem to have much of a problem, i'm even getting used to the ACOG scope for long range maps. I must be doing something right because most people I play with say I dominate with that gun while they hate it. Not to mention someone accused me of using a modded controller when I'm just able to pull my finger back and forth very fast. Compliment I guess heh.

usually i go either for the AK 74 with UZI combo. In SP works best for me. just did the "15 years ago in Russia" mission, the one where you are a sniper. Its was so much fun. So far that was my most favorite part of the game.

The ambush is easier if you know the tricks to it, behind the bumper car stand you can crouch so you can just see over and shoot but can almost never get hit. I managed to do the game on veteran first play through, I got to the mission before last in my first evenings play but No Fighting in The War Room is just insane at times. So I gave it a break and came back next day and did that second attempt.

That is where I am currently stuck....I haven't really bothered to get past it.

I'm not sure about the blackhawk, but many aircraft are way older than you may think. I'd check but I'm posting on the iPhone.

EDIT: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! My 360 of 2 years just gave me the 3 red rings of death! I restarted it and now it starts up but once I was about to go into a game the 360 froze up. It's rather hot right now so i'll try later tonight to see if the heat is screwing with it. (I'm ready for winter already )
