Update, he's a at 5.84 now. Keep in mind this guy must have around 250k kills I played a guy named PrinceOfPeace (I recognized him from reading the leaderboards) and he was 17-0 at Overgrown when he died. He left right after.

Also, the AK-74u is much, much better with no attachment.

Oh yeah without a doubt it is a much better gun without the silencer but with the silencer on it and uav and the dead silence....thats just a combo from heaven

For SMG's, MP5 Mini Uzi and P90, Recoil becomes a problem at range for the MP5 though, I would never use anything other than a silencer on the Mini Uzi.
For assault rifles, M4 Carbine, G36C, AK-47 is good but the Silencer hurts the damage. Some people own with M16 silenced, but I can't do anything with it.

I kept picking up one of my mates M16's that was silenced after he got taken down and i did pretty good with it. Could for sure tell it had better range than my AK-74u, but if we rounded a corner at the same time he would go down. The P90....i just don't like that gun for some reason. Its almost a don't aim just spray type gun. I usually put the P90 in the same cat as the grenade launcher. I will prob try out the G36C though, it seems kind of weak but i will try it out since you listed it. The guns sound so funny and weak with a silencer on them, never gets old the pathetic noise they make...lol.

G36C is the assault rifle I silence and the P90 is what I use silenced.

My main class now that I play mostly or only hardcore is M14 + RDS and Barrett .50 Claymore Overkill and Steady Aim

My first "silenced" primary weapon was the P90. My best kill streak of 18 was achieved with that gun(on wet work of all maps ).

Then I experimented little bit with the AK47, I liked it, then the AK74u, I liked that one, too. Then I went back to AK47.

I use the MP5 now. I like it.

P.S. I played with c_f & G.T.... was it yesterday? I want to say I had fun, but I don't think I was able to manage even a 1.0 kill/death ratio.

Yeah, those games were fun... I had to leave in the end as I was suffering from severe lag, not just the host but my connection too. I was watching the killcams and all I was doing was skipping while I run.

Edit: Got the gold mini-uzi yesterday too. Shame it's still bad, even with silencer.

M16 silenced is pretty lethal for long range quiet kills, as long as you can cope with the iron sight on it you'll do fine. The M4 + suppressor is pretty handy to, probably the most versatile silenced weapon, but my personal favourite of the quiet killers is the MP5 + suppressor + red tiger, it just looks cool Gets the job done on close maps to.

Im going to try out the MP5 later and see how i like it. A few people have thrown that one in the hat so its the next up. I use the SAW allot in the game and for me its very versatile. I have red dot, stopping power, and deeper penetration on it. I can take people down close range quick and also i can pick them off pretty good if i burst it when i fire it so the recoil doesn't get my aim off. I have red and blue tiger for that guy, used it allot when i first started playing, now i mix it up a good bit. I really wish there was a silencer for that monster, and i really wish you could combine the red dot with the silencer. Using the SAW without the red dot is pretty hard to me.

I've given up on MP5 before, but I really do like it now. Like P90, I use it only on maps like Vacant, Wet Work, also on Down Pour. No long shots.

It's "deep impact", right? Why does everyone refer to that perk as "deep(er) penetration"?

Using the SAW without the red dot is pretty hard to me.

I used to use it, too. Then I switched to RDP, but no LMG setup for me at the moment. I still haven't tried the Blackbird's setup yet either. M60, now that one's hard for me to use, without the red dot. Can't see nothing out.

You sure were the killing machine, last night. There was one game, where my chopper got no kills at all. It probably couldn't find anybody alive, because you were shooting everybody dead! I don't know whether to be happy or sad!

Deep impact....? I like deep penetration better
I think im sticking with the M16 for silenced. Tried it out last night and it works pretty well with the silencer. I also got a snipe style head shot from across crossfire map with my SAW last night. I didn't even know if it was a head sticking above the crumbled concrete or not but i aimed and gave it a burst and bing! It was a free for all and the guy was yelling NO WAY! Haha, it was pretty weird considering i was so far off with a SAW and that you couldn't even tell it was a humans head popping up and down.

Barrett 50. Cal (highest bullet penetration of any weapon)

Is there anyway of getting that gun in offline multiplater mode

Update, (after 2 days) he's at 5.86 now, with 245,000 kills. Incredible! From what I hear this guy is the biggest camper ever.

He plays Domination mostly. I googled his name and people were complaining about him on the PS forum saying he camped at Bog (C flag) and went 65-5 or something ridiculous.

Also, I think I'm going to beat my kill streak soon. It's 21 at the moment but between yesterday and today I had maybe twenty 10 kill streaks, five 15s and one 20. My ratio went up by .02 over the last couple of days.

Domination is probably the easiest game type to raise your k/d ratio to. Why? because you can just go everywhere accept the flags and pick off guys no problem.

I used to be like this on HQ... I still am a little bit but I do try and capture it when I can now. On particular maps I don't unless I spawn near it though, like Ambush, since you die over and over try to capture it anyway...

Im like it quite alot, why? Because it helps the team, if everybodys doing it i go for the objectives, if not i make myself as annoying as possible and aim to cover any flanks or the objective itself.

Usually I'm TRYING to stop people from capturing it by killing the people on it, rather than getting it myself, or kinda go near their spawn and annoy them from there. But the way you play is generally how I think too.

Meh, I understand the point of people running around like madmen killing everything they can find. But it doesn't matter anyways because I think it's even more lame (in domination anyways... probably HQ as well) when you try to honestly play the game and capture a flag you nearly never get killed with a gun... most always the obligatory well placed grenade from the guy that knows how to throw it at the flag point or HQ over 2 buildings...

That's why I stopped playing Domination, because I was almost always the only guy in my team trying to capture the flags and it pissed me off. Same with HQ.
