Yeah it certainly did work great! Lot of fun. I don't mind waiting for everybody to join a party; i generally try to do so. We also have to make sure - when it's clear from the XMB that many of are playing CoD4 - to press Start during matches, because that's the only way to receive invites in-actual-game.

I've decided that I WILL buy the PS3 COD within the next couple of weeks, since I don't have any other outstanding games I want to buy. Once I get bored of Devil May Cry 4 and Beautiful Katamari, I'll sell them then buy it. 👍

Edit: I don't have a headset though... And I'll probably use headphones to play it anyway since the speakers are so poor.

Haha, good game last night guys, me and Giancarlo seemed to have our guns trained on each other for most of the games, I was doing awful last night, but it was 12:50 AM before I got off.

That was so much fun guys, I am pretty sure it was all the NA guys too, except Mr. P, the thing was that it was totally spontaneous, like everyone realized we had a few on then more kept on signing on the PSN and luckily put in CoD.

I had a few average matches but played pretty good I suppose. It was cool seeing 9/18 people in a GTP FFA, but I was wondering how we are going to do it when there are more than 18 of us on like for a meet. Would we start 2 different matches and people just go back and forth? TEAM NORTH AMERICA FTW!

Nah it would be amazing to have 18 GTPers probably US vs EU but I would prefer GTP vs other people or even another full clan (which cant be organized in game unfortunately )

Was on earlier but no one was playing COD! so had some echochrome and GT5P online!

Sorry about my poor performance during tonight's match. After we went shipment as a HQ I just completely lost it the match before that I didn't do brilliantly and it was my usual performance. I think on Shipment I never once killed anyone and died 47 times. So I'm sorry I bailed out it just wasn't my night tonight.

Sorry guys, my brother was on for a pretty long time today, said he cancelled a bunch of your invites, then once I got on with a few of us, he came back and we played splits-screen. We need to set-up another GTP meet with atleast 18 of us.

Good set of matches, I was a bit sketchy at first but soon got back into COD4 after a week or so off multiplayer.

I find private matches so much better, I keep getting dissconected from the party in normal matches but in private matches its not a problem. Plus people can join mid game so by the end of the night we end up with loads

Sorry I had to go I will be back on within the hour. I should have my headset working by then also.

Don't forget to invite me. I will send invites to everyone but if you are already in a party just return the invite.

So I wasn't the only one getting annihilated by F1 . Joe, much respect my man I also distinctly remember DP, Ceiling and Minus/Giancarlo taking it to me pretty good as well. But like someone else mentioned it dudn't matter "who killed who" it was just great to be able to play, laugh and maybe talk a little smack with everyone. So much better than the banterless matches that generally occur online.

One moment that really stood out for me was in a HCF4A on Overgrown where it took me nearly half a G36 clip, 1 frag and 1 stun to finish off Mr. P (I think it was, whoever was using jugger). Don't get me wrong, I was laughing my ass off at the combination of my own imprecise shooting and his ability to repeatedly fend off death. Damn it why won't you die

Another was a 3 on 2 team tactical we played against 2 japanese (or maybe koren) guys. I thought it was gonna be a quick wash out, but they played really well. At the end screen I just remember after we said "good job" them speaking in their native language and then them clearly saying, "thank you, thank you, thank you."

@Beerz - man you would of loved it. Look forward to seeing back out there soon mate.

@GT - now you're gonna be stalking us on the PS3? ACK! I'm selling. JK of course. It'd be an honor to personally see your kill cams, over and over and over and over and over and over and over.... It'd never happen but actually it'd be kinda cool if the rest of us all recorded your kills from our perspective. That'd be an interesting video.

Yep, you choose the option to either start a private match or look for servers from the same party lobby.

I don't know if I'll be able to make it tonight or not. Ended up having a veryyyy late night last night/this morning and I'm still trying to shake the cobwebs out and get some stuff done today. Not that there's much of today left mind you...

Sorry mate! I only use 1 set up .. RPD / grip / UAV jammer / Extreme Conditioning ... I detest the use of Juggernauts and would never use it myself or stopping power! I want to make a point anyway .. it may have been lag or some other issue! But i never use Juggernauts 👎

Some great games last night, we had about 8 GTP'ers on...

That first match Stevisiov! that was crazy! (yes me and Stevisiov had a one on one cage match!)... as you can imagine it was like a lamb to the slaughter, it was embarrassing although I did get that sneaky one where I hid round the corner waiting for you...

After that we had everyone else come on and played some free for all then some team deathmatch... that one match on overgrown where all the noob's vs all the bloody prestigers was a bit unfair!

Vacant was good, that was when Scaff joined I think, there were like 4 EU'ers and the rest were US guys...

Was good fun playing with all you guys 👍, sorry had to leave was just getting so damn tired and I wasnt aiming properly!

I will sort out my headset at some point, problem is I have to repair after using it with my phone and didnt want to leave the lobby for fear of not getting back in!
