Even more with a standing startI’m personally looking forward to it but you’re right, it will be a sight to see indeed.
Looks like we are having an update right before the next race.

Probably to fix the F1 car bug. I mentioned it in my email the other week but I assume they already knew about it? But you never know which is why I mentioned it! Hopefully it fixes it, as I kind of don't want to see an 800 mph divebomb.

What bug are you both talking about ? After the last update that fix the gearbox problem , i just see the low speed rear end grip problem that is a general physic enormous problem... If they correct this , this is going to be a really great update yes.I was going to mention this and that might be a problem around Suzuka but I suspect you are right they are trying to fix it before
the race carnage (*ahem*) commences.![]()
The Update is going to fix the Speed Glitch associated with the W08 when the fuel is completely drained and accelerates from 8th gear, to which you can break up to 600 MPH.

EDIT: I was writing this post during the post above... i didn't knew about this one!!!
I would like to know how I can keep the F1 car on the track with a controllerI can't control it on the low speed corners. It is an instant spin when I turn. Tried all sorts of TC. I have no issue with GR1 cars but this F1 is a whole different story...

I think Im going to skip the one unless lots of things change post patch.
Some of the lower dr races could be entertaining for all the wrong reasons so I might watch theseno offense intended. Its hard to drive!
But dont use tcs, apply throttle slowly, dont go below 3rd, brake very deep. pray no one crashes right in front of you.
Bonus

After a quick test i've reached 509 kmh in 1st gear on tokyo. I don't think it can be an advantage because of the uncontrolable wheel spin at lower speed. The Update is going to fix the Speed Glitch associated with the W08 when the fuel is completely drained and accelerates from 8th gear, to which you can break up to 600 MPH.
Map 2 allow 8 laps using full throttle. It help also a lot to manage throttle inputs and let the car a bit easier to drive. (Without resolving the chicane and hairpin problems...)Just tried a fuel and tyre run in the F1 and you have to short shift very very very early to stretch a full tank to 8 laps on map 1
I really don't want to be fiddling with the fuel map at that speed
Also "tried" the empty tank glitch for fun and it was insane to say the least
I see, yeah that sucks. No worries, you didn't damage my race.I'm sorry if I damaged your race. I was aware of the problem but I couldn't leave the race because GT Sport don't allow you to compete later in the same race if you quit, so I had to finish the race.
I set 1.30.4 and everything faster seems just suicidal to me...Ugh. Hamilton was right- the W08 is a complete diva. I've set a 1:31.8 so far in FP and that's still inconsistent. I still bounce anywhere from a 31 to a 34, excluding laps with mistakes. The most frustrating part is I know where to improve, they're glaringly obvious, but I just can't bring myself to get near those limits just yet because of the sheer difficulty driving the car![]()

Is the W08 glitch actually viable on a "short" circuit like Suzuka? The fact that you need to deal with overwhelming speeds using approximately 1/4 to 1/3 worn tyres for about the latter half of the race (that is if you don't want to pit) would make it nearly impossible to time breaking points and corner turn ins accurately (unless your used to driving space ships like TRL_IMMORTAL once did in the Time Trials on GT5/6 XD).
I'd love to see someone do a lap there and make it around faster than they would go normally with a filled tank without the glitch (and you can use new tyres too so it isn't unfair lol).
