I don't think it makes a difference really.

I have done 14.1, happy with that tbh, had potential for a 13.6 I think though.

In all honesty, my championship expectations is top 10. Ovals my strong point.

Anyone for a special Indy 500 special Q system?

Heard about it, but not really into it yet. Care to explain how it works?

Also, 40.3 on Indy.

I'd be up for it.

With people wanting to enter Indy as a 1-off thinking of an extra system for say, final 3 spots where people have to qualify in on speed.

Would I be correct in thinking the positions are determined by the average speed over 4 laps like the real-world Indy 500? :)

Maybe I've nailed it, in a sense.

Averages a little complicated. Thinking best of 4.

You could do it like we used to.

Your total time over a 4 lap race by yourself from a rolling start (race set to 5 laps so that whoever is watching has time to record the time). Each driver was allowed 3 runs maximum.

What panning mode do you use, Furi?

I'll run if there's still room

Yeah, and one of them doesn't even have any posts.

And half this thread has been bitching about how bad Reverse is.

I still love you, Madrid reverse.

Technically I said Madrid is a horrible track whichever layout, so I voted for the slightly more annoying one ;)

It's gonna be a mess either direction. Might as well go with the one that's more fun to drive. Reverse is one of the best tracks PD's made in a while.

I would much prefer the reverse please, done all my practicing on it and normal is just as bad if not worse as you are going into t1 at higher speeds
