It is no longer a feeling but certainty.
PD seems to be completely no matter what the fans really want.
I read a lot of good ideas here in the forum and have already given suggestions myself, but none of it is taken up.
Since there is no direct contact on the different platforms (at least I don't find any at least that they react), they obviously do not want feedback from fans/customers.

Too bad.
A product with so much potential to treat so badly.

Seems like you can't make any changes to downforce settings on the Corvette, which leads to interesting happenings if you take it onto Nordschleife...
Given the run I did, it's not bad but I can see some CLR moments happening on the car if I didn't let go off the throttle in some places where a CLR moment can happen.

Another update and more cars I will never drive unless forced to.

Some people say we shouldnt be disappointed by free updates, still, it means they are still working hours on adding stuff to the game, and these hours are wasted creating disappointing content.
Why? The Renault is ace, especially when engine swapped and kitted out like the espace F1, it's like a new car.

It sounds amazing.

Well it looks like I found myself a new WTC 900 toy to play with.
I highly recommend not doing that lmao

Unless you know how to constantly maintain a hybrid build-up while racing, as soon as it's gone that combustion engine will have so little power that you'll be lucky to make it past 140mph

I second that. It will be gutless after a few laps.

But I managed to set a 5:55 Nordschleife lap time in the CX VGT road car on Sports Soft tires. More drivable than the Porsche Mission X, in my opinion.

Engine swappers do let us know what transmission settings you're using for the Aventine to make it (semi)driveable

Did you try the link?

I've used this site in the past to try to report a bug in GT7.

If you report something there, you'll be redirected to Sony.

There's no direct contact.
That link is to the jobs page. I believe the suggestion from @GlamFM is that you should apply.

And no, you cannot contact PD directly for anything to do with GT7. It, and all external communications, is handled by Sony Interactive Entertainment, as the publisher.

Just finished driving the CXR and my thoughts.

Its really fun and fast around the corner but boy does it lose speed when that hybrid thing runs out.

Also it really makes you wish the real C8R was added.

Haven't try the normal CX.

The normal CX is surprisingly good to drive, even though it runs on Sports Softs and handling over 2000 horsepower. I managed to do 5:55 on the Nordschleife with it... with those tires.

I've tried the normal CX on Willow Springs, and I was surprised to hear the wheelspin. Although I prefer the Mission X when it comes to hyper electric cars, it was fun.

Although what it really needed was a fresh coat of paint to bring the mood up to the car overall. Corvette Racing Yellow was the way to go.

Problem with the CXR is, the hybrid battery doesn't get recharged along with the engine refueling. On EVs, the battery does get charged.

This is a game design flaw, it makes the car useless for the WTC900 at Spa, which is a bummer because it was going so well until I got to lap 4. It struggles to stay above 220kph. Actually a big shame, I hope they take this into consideration...

The Avantime on the other hand! It's spectacular! The VW VGT engine swap feels like a random choice but it's decent and the fuel economy makes it viable for the WTC700 race at Le Mans, and it's quicker than a lot of other cars I used in that race before, which is especially surprising considering it's a box.

I'm disappointed with the WTC 900 race. The CX.R isn't GR.2 after all, and is not an opponent. Nor is the GT-One part of the race.

It really shows how sparse the GR.2 category is. All of the WTC 900 events seem to be waiting on additional cars that will probably not be added until GT8.

Just last night I was wondering if Kokobun had an unannounced engine swap in the Tokyo 600. Now with the engine swap, I wonder if anyone can make it competitive at 600pp?

Nobody thought it was going to be, surely? A 2000hp hybrid in a category with six Super GT cars, a Class 1 DTM, and a sprinkling of GT1-ish prototypes from 1997-1999 would be overtly incongruous even in this largely silly category.

The way Andrew Evans worded his thoughts under the "New Races" heading suggested he had similar thoughts. Obviously not for certain.

I can confirm that Andrew Evans...

... never thought it'd be a Gr.2 car, only that of the remaining two cars not obviously assigned a race, the one that's a race car would be a better fit for the event full of race cars than the one that wasn't.

Of course he couldn't predict that when the races are usually based on the cars coming to the game, one of the three of them wouldn't be and that half the new cars would therefore not have a new race.
