I want to bet that the Captur will be a PD technical demo of the Renault E-Tech features, but after looking it up, I don't know if it's anything special. The RAV4 had a unique torque control system and the Qashqai demonstrated the backup engine mechanism for an electric-biased hybrid. I might be missing something about Renault.

From what little I have read on the car , it features "Mild Hybrid Technology". Not sure how that would be replicated or if its even enough feel wise to make a difference.

Question I have though is if this is to be the TCe 140 model as someone mentioned, is whether it will come with the 6 speed Manual or the 7 Speed EDC Automatic.

Oh sorry I believe that a Porsche safety car will be added in the new update. Another car I'd like to see added would be a foamie hypercar, and I think a Renault Bulli would also be added / Well, I'm not 100% sure if that can really be true, but let's wait and see what kind of picture the Gran Turismo developer posts.

Yenko, Nickey,(with a backward K), and Baldwin-Motion were the big dogs in the Chevy world back then. All great cars and highly collectible now.

In terms of events:

• Captur: In a just world, this is where we get the Crossover Chaos bonus book they've clearly been building up for. In our actual world, it'll be a European Sunday Cup 400 race.
• RX-7: Probably Japanese Clubman Cup 550, FD gen RX-7s are I think a tad too quick for JP FR Challenge 450.
• Camaro: Obviously, we don't know what this is exactly yet:
  • If it's the Stielow Engineering Red Devil, it'll be American Clubman Cup 700 like the GAC Maverick and friends.
  • If it's a different trim road Camaro, it'll be American FR Challenge 550 or American Sunday Cup 600. I'm not entirely sure why those are different events to be honest.
  • If it's the RM, or some other racing Camaro... I don't think there's anywhere it fits? Classic racing cars have no natural home in GT7's event structure.

American FR doesn’t add cars like the 4WD Tesla and Focus RS and FF Focus. Neither MR cars like the Ford GT models, including the Mach GT SEMA car.

I thought we could use classic race cars in Nostalgic events and the all in events like Group C, GT1, WRC, touring car events at Fuji, Red Bull, etc.

Exactly that. There are those that will make use of whatever we get. I haven’t bought the Corvette VGTs, but maybe at some point I’ll try them. Some cars I’ve bought just to take photos of their wheels, look at them in the VR Showroom and then sold them. We get what we get.

Dissapointing to me, if that wasn't obvious in my initial post but yes, I still appreciate that they are updating the game four years later.
