This is my first time cooking roastie potatoes which didn't come out of a packet so I hope they turn out okay. [EDIT] They turned out super crispy but still soft and fluffy inside. Like you said, it‘s a very smooth and light Speyside Malt. I found its taste relatively sweet and floral with a pronounced oak finish.
