No man GT2 is for the PS1. Perhaps you mean GT3?

I bought my PS2 back in 2004 December...

My first game was Grand Theft Auto Vice City and straight jumped to Gran Turismo 3... 2 years later I started play Gran Turismo 4 and some NFS series...

and i bought two games with ps2, dead or alive 2 and....moto gp

now when i think of it, THAT was fun, graphics were amazing

I used to love V-Rally still remember the Seat Ibiza rally car in it! And just used to play on corsica!

If you can find a copy (and I know you can) of V-Rally 2 try that, control is much better, if a bit more forgiving, has damage modeling for all you zealots out there and has most of the original tracks.

I loved Corsica too, I like tarmac rallies...

When Speed carried WRC it was great, the series has kinda fallen off a cliff recently though.

Very first game on the PS1 was GT1 (although that was a long time after the game was released)

First game on PS2, Dead or Allive 2 (brought the console at launch and couldnt afford the PS2, a game and a memory card. So it had to be a game that you didnt need to save your progress....

Back in the day I paid £350 for my PSX with 3 games, they were:

Ridge Racer
Tekken
Destruction Derby

Played Tekken first so I class that as my 1st PSX game. Still have a PSX aswell, fully working.

Gran Turismo hadn't been released when I bought my PS. I bought it the day it came out though.

F1 97 was the game I bought with the PS1, that kept me occupied til I read about and bought GT 👍

PS1 - I don't remember very well but it probably was Tomb Rider 1 (German version because at this time, in Poland, it was hard to get an original PSX game in English language, played it without memory card - had no money for MC at that time I only got to like 3rd Egypt level ? finished that game last year - anniversary edition ) or Tekken 2... (later I played games released earlier like - Legacy Of Kain - one of the most climatic PS1 games - available on PSS, I recommend it)

PS2 - Tekken Tag Tournament played on Japanese consoles because EU version was 50HZ only (I used to be fighting games maniac ) - in my opinion TTT is the best Tekken game ever created.

PS3 - Virtu Fighter 5 I had bought this game about 1 month before I had bought the PS3 (which was a EU release day +2 days)

Back in 2000 when my brother got a PSOne, my first game was the first GT.
Then in 2003/4, I changed to PS2 and GT3 was my first game.
Fall 2010 = PS3 = GT5??? I'll never know for sure.

I think it was Test Drive 6 and some Namco Museum game, could be wrong though. I got it for Christmas so the first 2 games weren't up to me.


For PS2 it was Madden 2004, PS3 I got MGS4 and NCAA Football 10.

Wow, I didn't realize this is a 7-year-old thread!
My first PlayStaion game was Gran Turismo back in 1997 when my dad bought me my PS1. Then, for PS2, it's GT3 for sure.
