GT Sport Daily Races: Porsche Curves and Super Formula Fun

There’s quite some variety in this week’s GT Sport Daily Races, likely with a little something for everyone.

For fans of low-speed motoring, there’s a challenge at the Brands Hatch Indy Circuit. This features the Porsche 356 brought in the 1.32 update back in January. The curvy little motor isn’t the fastest thing in the world, packing just 107hp, but it is fairly expensive. Fortunately you don’t need to own one of the 1.2 million credit examples, as it’s a provided vehicle for this week’s challenge.

Race B moves to a rather different set of Porsche Curves: those at Circuit de la Sarthe. You’ll have two laps of the fearsome Le Mans road circuit, in your choice of Gr.3 cars. This week’s times should be pretty quick too, as you’ll be using Racing Medium tires, with no tire degradation. The McLaren F1 GTR is the fastest car in the class down those long straights, but you may be hanging on for dear life on the rest of the track…

The endurance race this week is a classic formula, or rather a classic Super Formula. You’ll be heading to the new Autopolis Circuit to drive the new Super Formula SF19 race car — although only the Toyota version. It’s a 13 lap race with moderate tire wear at an eight times multiplier, but on Racing Medium tires, so you’ll need some strategy. This event mirrors the real world, with Super Formula heading to Autopolis this weekend — an event you’ll be able to live stream while you race the GT Sport version.

All three races will run through to Monday, May 20.
