GTPlanet GT Sport Livery Editor Competition 11 Now Open

Gran Turismo Sport recently saw its biggest feature update yet, and with it came some changes to the livery editor. We can now make helmet liveries and place decals on our suits. The future of the livery editor competitions should see some changes eventually too. Maybe one day you’ll get to design your dream helmet? Maybe a car+suit combo? The possibilities are endless.

With ten livery editor competitions behind us, we can now call it a success. If it wasn’t for the awesome support from the regulars we wouldn’t have gotten so many new members on the site either; here’s a warm welcome to everyone who signed up thanks to these competitions! Be sure to check out the bottom gallery for a hall of fame for every winner so far.

LEC 10 Poll Now Open

We have collected over 20 rally cars for you to vote for. Can’t select just one? Don’t worry, you’ll get three votes to spend, find your favorite pair (or three) and head to the poll! But first let’s hear the words from the creator of this round, Croxskin:

“Now that we’ve covered most things in tarmac racing, let’s make some rally cars for this round. If you were to enter any off-road or rally events in the world, what would your team race car look like? You most certainly can enter with a Gr.B car, but you may also enter with other grades car as long as it allows you to equip it with dirt wheels.”

It’s time to vote! The link below leads you straight to the poll. Spend your votes wisely:

This Fortnight’s Theme

We’ve left the dust and entered the asphalt again. This round we’ll work on a car that many of us had as a childhood dream; GTP Sunday Cup creator JKcreativeworks explains:

“As I am a Japanese car enthusiast, and a sucker for Nissan or Mitsubishi, I would like to do something with Nissan’s finest; the GT-R cars! . “GathRing”, dedicated to the R-badge Nissans, the R32 GT-R, R33 GT-R, R34 GT-R and R35 GT-R!
As I see “GathRing” being a (fantasy) Japanese Nissan GT-R meet on the Parking lot Daikokufuto, I would like to keep things realistic. In other words, we use the N-class cars. But I also accept the Gr.4 car as it could possibly go through as a street/track car, but it’s a street meet so a Japanese license plate is mandatory on your car.
Also, I wish to have a nice bonus pic taken on the streets of Japan!”

CARS: Nissan GT-R cars only!
LIVERIES: Do what you want, give it a subtle street, track or race car look, replica or fantasy, Itashi or whatever you feel like doing. But keep in mind, the cars are located in Japan!
USER MADE DECALS: Allowed
LOCATIONS: Shiretoko for the main pics, bonus image taken on the streets of Japan
UNIQUE RESTRICTIONS: Must use a Japanese license plate.
